This was my second time buying a Lexus. Both my experiences with their sales team first with Todd and this time Josh were great. They both listen to my needs, concerns, and what I was looking for without pressure. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for at this time. I called to schedule an appointment and was assigned to a service advisor and I'm a retuning customer the first visit wasn't the best but this time was a better experience so thought I share so I scheduled my appt and was able to drop it off the day prior and use their drop box. The service advisor and parts dept were able to help me and kept me informed of all work being done and gave me a check list and wash the car and called me promptly when finish they also were able to get me a OEM tire due to a blow out. After the day a the dealership I was back into my car thanks valley Lexus

I tried to shop in my locality for used certified Lexus, but the have barely any cars in their lot. Used nor New. I finally found the car I wanted 2 hrs away from Lexus of Concord. However, I need someone to show me all the Technological details since I learn & retain information this way; not by reading the manuals. After experiencing bad customer service at an auto shop I decided to take my Lexus here for a 2nd opinion. Let me tell you I'm really glad I did. I can't express to you enough how amazing the customer service was here. They were very friendly and helpful. Actually send you a video(body cam)to your phone to show a detailed inspection on your car. Plus they even take you out into the shop to actually show you in person what they found from the inspection and a tech is there to explain it to you. All my years taking my cars into auto shops I've never experienced that. Hopefully it's okay to mention

Elena Flores gave an outstanding customer service experience making sure that me and my car are well taken cared of. She helped me with tire purchase and replacement a few weeks ago and kept me informed or updated as to the progress. A few days ago, my car suffered a minor scratch so I had to call the service department once again. Had a great experience with Valley Lexus, Eddie (General Manager), David (Sales person) and Chris (Finance) made obtaining a vehicle with such stress free, friendly /family atmosphere. I called for an appointment for our 2nd service (10,000 mile oil change etc.) This is a busy place, but I was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room is comfortable & the service was relatively fast. A very nice perk is the fact that they wash & dry the car & do a really nice job which is better than a full service car wash.
Normally, they have cookies, several types of cold drinks & some good coffee. Understandably, this is unavailable due to Covid-19.
