I purchased our flooring from Ben and Raul about 8 months ago, last May 2021, they suggested we use their crew to install it so it would be installed correctly and warranted, so we used their installer Dayne Bowen and his guys to place the flooring, we have been to the boat at least once a month to check on things since with no issues, a couple weeks ago we noticed a few 1/16" to 1/8" gaps in several locations like the material had shrunk, in the long runs. My wife called Ben and instantly he said CWI does not warranty any of there jobs if you do not live there full time? if that is
