Lift off arrived to Chico on time with a huge well mannered crew. My wood floor was a tough job, but they got every bit of old floor up and were so tidy when they left. I really LOVE tidy!! They were excellent at communicating. I was very very happy with their work and now I may epoxy my garage floor! Thank you Lift Off

We had glued down wood flooring that needed to be removed to make way for tile. Joe & crew arrived on time, ready to work, they set up barriers to keep the dust to a minimum, and removed over 300 sf of wood flooring in just over a half day. Our tilers were able to come and start laying tile right away. Gladly recommend them for this type of work to anyone.

Joe and Crew did such an awesome job! We needed ~600 sq feet of tile removed in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room prior to new floor installation. They showed up on time and ready to work! When we arrived home after the job was completed my husband and I were both thoroughly impressed with how clean our house was. Would highly recommend!

These guys are EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN. Joe and his crew removed tile from concrete subfloor. They isolated the area with plastic, they got to work right away, the swept, vacuum and dusted once they were done. They did not waste any time. Job well done!

I called Tim from a reference I got from my realtor to get tile and solid wood flooring (glued to concrete) removed from my Roseville home (about 1500sf). Tim gave me a precise price over the phone and said he'd be there on the date I asked for. On the agreed date, his crew of 4 arrived and went to town, all out on the project. It was tough, dirty and nasty. He said it would take one day and they did it in one day. The floor was left in perfect condition for the floor installers (they even said so). They cleaned up and I consider them as professional as it gets. Highly recommended.

We had Joe and his crew of 6? in for removal of tile flooring, in preparation for installation of new lvp flooring. Kitchen, dining room, 3 baths, 2 entry areas. They arrived on time, got right to work, did a great job with dust containment, and were cleaned up and out by noon. Their work isn't cheap, but it's well worth the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The crew at Lift Off Floors did a fantastic job! This group of guys were the most hard-working crew I have ever witnessed. They showed up at 7 AM after a 2 Hour drive from Yuba City. After introducing themselves, they went right to work for the next 2 - 3 hours prepping my home for what was to be a most difficult job of tearing out 700 feet of old stone. The attention to detail when prepping for the dust was impressive. These guys worked tirelessly until 8:30 PM with very little rest. When they were finished, the end result exceeded my expectations. The crew was respectable and professional.

They have hard workers that sometimes put in 12 hour days. They are helpful and respectful and trust worthy. When they say they will get a job done they do, do it good and on time. The only down fall is, if you quit, they don't send your last paycheck to you. My brother worked there, he had family emergency back east to attend to and she'd me to pick it up for him. They refused and never mailed it to him. So in order to get paid he would have to fly Scripps the United States for a couple hundred dollars. The plane ticket is more than that but they had the nerve to take taxes out n send the w2 here

We recently hired Lift Off Floor Removal to remove our 30 year old terracotta tile floor. It was a large area of over 700 sq ft. From our first inquiry with Chun to the estimate to completion, the entire team was very professional.
Joe and the demo team paid attention to every detail and we could not have been more pleased with the process and result. Chun, the Operations manager, followed up the day after demo to ensure all went as planned. We will definitely use them for our next project we are planning. Me and my back thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lift Off. I had 2 wood floor areas to demo and was told by two different flooring companies that Lift Off was the best. They were right!!
I contacted Tim the owner about my demo and he was very nice and helpful. He discussed how the process works and we set a date for demo.
They came out and hit a glitch with getting the machinery to demo into my house since I have a unique set up with steps and difficult access areas. The crew and Tim were extra accommodating and ultimately decided to do it by hand which was very tedious work.
