Great experience from start to finish! Greg M was my salesman - he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with excellent communication. I checked prices and timing against the 'big box' companies, and Good Brothers came in with great prices and speedy service. I am so pleased with the results!

I love my new floor that was installed by Ryan he did a great, professional and conscientious job..There was a little issue when removing my originally constructed entry tile which he had to fix and all came out excellent. Ryan and Matt came on time, cleaned up after each day and are very personable.

Everything was great from the visit to the store to select the material, scheduling home visit to get quote and 6 days later installation. Workers had masks and did a fabulous job. The competing quote was more expensive and installation would have taken 4 times longer. Happily would give them repeat business and happy to support a small business in Rocklin!

I received several quotes from other flooring companies, and by far "Good Brothers flooring" was came least expensive. I was very please with their knowledge of their products and the recommendations they made. Brian and his team did amazing job with carpet, laminate, and tile flooring. All the guys were friendly, approachable and experts at what they were doing. The were on time and provided accurate end times. If you're in need of new flooring stop by Good Brothers flooring.

They just finished installing 1400 sq ft of laminate flooring in our house. Randy was awesome to work with. Installers were on time every day, did excellent work, and finished exactly when they said they would. Price was competitive and I really appreciate working with a family run business that has been in town for many many years. We highly recommend Good Brothers. We chose them based on other word of mouth recommendations and we're glad we did.

Beautiful showroom with fantastic selection of top quality brand name flooring products.. a little hard to find at Sunset Blvd & Park Ave in Rocklin way back behind the Arco station for 17 years.. so they keep their prices low & very competitive.. top notch installers that have been there for many years.. most of their new customers come in on referrals from very satisfied former customers.. well worth a visit if you're shopping for new Carpet, Wood, Laminate, or Luxury Vinyl Planks..

I had a large job to tear out tile and carpet and replace all with hardwoods. I got 5 bids and Good Bros proved the best. They were very attentive to the details of implementation and discussed items that might come up. The installation team was great. They took the time to do it right and the finish details were not rushed. I would highly recommend them to others

Tom Good and the whole team at Good Brothers Flooring was a pleasure to work with when I remodeled my home. I had all of my floors done - laminate downstairs and upstairs and my bathrooms tiled. Tom helped me pick the right flooring and tile. And, thankfully he talked me out of putting laminate flooring in my bathrooms! Tom's installers did an excellent job. The floors, tile, and baseboards were installed beautifully. And the installers cleaned up after themselves - that is not always the case when you have contractors working in your home

Excellent service. The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in to their store. He also came out to my home so we could make sure to order the right amount of flooring. After the measuring he gave me a price which beat the online competitors price that I had been given per Sq ft. Delivery was about 9 days out, and floor was installed perfectly. Looked much better than I thought it would. I Purchased 1200 Sq ft of Mannington adura vinyl wood plank (dockside pier) from them for my carpet replacement. I Will definitely do service with them again. I recommend them to all my friends and family

Wow!! Customer service is seriously slacking in this place! I went in to inquire about the new wood-look tile. They have no prices on any of these products and when I asked what the price range of the tiles were, the lady behind the desk told me she didn't know. Instead of taking the initiative to look up the prices she just stood there staring at me. I had to actually ask her if she could look up the prices for me. She took a few minutes behind the desk and comes back with the price of only one of the 10 tiles I was inquiring about. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking what

In purchasing carpeting-its important NOT to make our mistake and not research first. We depended on the sales person to educate us on the proper quality carpet for us based on positive recommendations about this company. This was not a successful strategy. We were sold a heavy weight dense carpet. Now the carpet shows every mark when we walk across it or something heavy is placed on it. Because of its density, vacuuming is difficult and requires extra strength and a vacuum that can alter the height. I researched after the installation and learned that heavy dense carpet is not good for allergies

I had work done about 4 years ago. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The work was not professional. There are many gaps and uneven cuts. When I asked them to do something they said no. When I went to pay and handed them a coupon they said no. I would never recommend them or use them again. They were brutal. The installers were very grumpy. The showroom staff were nice until I asked them to fix a few things.

We just had Randy do our hardwood/laminate floor in our main family room. We were very concerned with the slab not being level underneath our crappy Beazer home. Sure enough, Good Brothers went the extra mile making sure the floor was level prior to installation. My biggest fear was a hollow sound after it was done. My uneasiness was abated watching these guys at work. We love the result! Their attention to detail will ensure we will use them again when we recarpet the rest of our home. The baseboards, 1/4 rounds, and misc caulking/trim work is flawless. I give them the highest rating!
