We recently visited the new showroom for Loomis Flooring to get a quote on LVP. Tony came out to measure and talk the install over with us. He had a great sense of what flooring would work for our application and we ended up picking the one he first suggested after taking home a few samples. Installation was only a week out, and their installers are great. They had no trouble with the best way to tackle my 35YO vinyl cove molding, transitions to stone, or difficult pocket doors. Home Depot and Lumber Liquidators cost the same for similar material, but we would have lost $1/sf+ on install or gotten

Guess we are not welcome there because our money is not good enough. Being immediately judge by a salesperson is probably a poor choice.
But the used fluorescent bulbs stacked in the corner and cans of Stag chili by your high end poorly lite porcelain tile doesn't really speak high end to me..... but what do I know because $6.99 is out of my price range.

We had been searching for JUST THE RIGHT flooring for MONTHS, and had found about 400 stores that had something that was "good enough." Finally we were at a friend's house, who had the EXACT carpet we wanted, and they said to come to USA Flooring. We went the next day. We met the owner, Tony, who was a totally laid back, family man. He used the measurements from one of the big box stores that we had quoted, and had our stuff ordered and installed in two weeks... all for $500 less than the other guy! Can't beat that. Prices are reasonable and the products are good. I set an appointment for the owner to meet me at my house with hardwood laminate samples, he came with only carpet. They aren't good at communicating. Their contractors did a good job but broke a piece and had to come back to complete the work (which I had to directly call them multiple times to schedule them to come out) I wish the customer service was better. They would win my business in the future, but will consider others down the road

DO NOT GO TO FLOORING AMERICA!!! We we sent there for an insurance claim and they seemed nice while we were buying, but than their attitude changed. When they sent their men out to install all we heard was complaints about how they had to move furniture. This was an insurance claim and they were getting paid per hour to do this. They we very rude to me, so much so I had to leave the house and leave my husband in charge. It was all too much! Than when the carpet was done the seams were very noticeable. We later complained to our insurance about this and matting which was taking place after only

I had a great experience here. It is truly a family owned and operated business. We redid all the flooring in our home including carpet, vinyl, and laminate. I'm extremely happy with the service, price and installation. And it feels great to support a small local business instead of a big store that doesn't really care about you. Not sure what K.M's problem is, she's obviously on a tangent, and must just be a nonstop complainer...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In recent months, it has gone by many names - Loomis Discount Flooring, Flooring America, Loomis Flooring Center, and Loomis Flooring USA. The owner has remained the same. Check the Better Business Bureau for "Flooring America" in Loomis and you'll see an "F" rating. The products are acceptable, their business practices are not.

Our appt was at 12:00. At 1:10, the owner of the business called saying the installer was running late and wouldn't be there until after 2:00. When I asked why we had not been notified earlier, he said that he couldn't find a phone number for us. I reminded him that my cell number was on the check and my husband gave him his business card. His reply was he couldn't find the business card. He never applogized or even acted like he cared that my husband had been waiting for over an hour and would be another hour and a half before the carpet would even be installed.
