This company is a scam! The company name registered with the DOT based on the DOT # I was provided is American Patriot Moving LLC; however, they operated under PowerPack Moving and Storage during my contact with them.
The broker PowerPack Moving and Storage failed to show up for my scheduled move. The date was supposed to be 11/9 or 11/10. On 11/10, I called PowerPack Moving and Storage several times to see when they would arrive however they failed to answer any calls. This is NOT the veteran-owned company American Patriot Moving. This company is in Florida and stole the other company's name (go to the original American Patriot Moving company's website on FB and they have shared that.) I found this out after half of our stuff was broken, missing for weeks, and still no action or response. Benjamin and Xavier were unhelpful and just lied to our face. DO NOT HIRE.

HORRIBLE!!! Currently pursuing legal remedies with local LE and FBI. A moving Broker that is a scam and will not take any responsibility of the service of the moving companies they contract with. Totally unresponsive. Marvin Hall is the owner and takes not responsibility for his employees or the contracted movers. Had to obtain another moving company on my own because their contracted company refused to finish the job.

Read even just a few of the reviews and it is clear to see that you should not even think about considering this company or any company connected to Jason Carlucci or Marvin Hall. That includes at least one other confirmed company called Powerpack Moving & Storage. These people didn't even show up and then stole my friends $1,500 deposit. This caused my friends to scramble to get a truck and move themselves across the country very last minute. I was pressured into paying a deposit to ensure that I get the lowest move rate and I was promised that my things would be picked up in the same truck that they would be delivered in. I hired this company based on my work connection. Dino was very good at following up with me when requested due to my hectic work schedule; The Dispatch Department sent me an amazing team. These men handled my furniture with great care and they were very polite and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, this move was just about the best it could be. I had a 5-star experience across the board and I’ll definitely look into using their services again in the future.

Very attentive to you until they sell you to another moving company. Then they don't answer your calls. Leaving you at the mercy of a moving company they picked. Which mine Fast Link Moving and Storage have poor ratings. At which time American Patriot could not be reached, of course! I tried to get a hold of them with my concerns thru calls and texts. With no answers and having to get out of my house since it was sold. After my stuff was picked up I did get a hold of them days later and they told me they couldn't help me now. Movers blocked my phone number and no one answers their business line

Do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. They are not a moving company,they are rip off broker. They sent the real moving company a low estimate of cubic feet needed for our move. It cost me 785.00 on top of estimate when moving company got to my house. Jason from American Patriot lured me in by say he's got a turn-around- move and can do it for 700.00 less.nearly a month before we moved.. he didn't have a clue who he will hire for our move..it was a trick to get me started on making payments.... We were contacted by Benjamin after going through a moving service portal. He low balled the price just to quickly get the business from us. When it came time to move, he mentioned that the company would contact us to check the inventory to ensure accurate pricing. This did not happen! Instead we got matched with a terrible moving company (D United/1 star rating), that raised the price on the shipment. When I tried to contact Benjamin and American Patriot about this, they were completely unresponsive. You will not save money going through them, so please avoid! Plus our things got here 7 weeks
