They answered the phone on the first ring and during what I would believe to be their busy season they found the time to pencil me the day after we spoke on the phone. The gentlemen that came were not only on time but early and extremely helpful. What about stairs you ask? Not a problem, they moved up and down those stairs and didn't stop moving until the job was done. I will be recommending them and using them on my next move.

The gentlemen that assisted me with my move were absolutely wonderful. They were on time and quickly moved my things. They were extremely careful with my furniture while packing, moving, and unpacking them. They also made me laugh the whole time and I was immediately comfortable around them as soon as I met them. I am Beyond impressed. I accidentally scheduled Noya Movers, on the same day I had my walk through, which was 45 minutes away from the pick up location. They were scheduled at 10 am and my walked through was scheduled at 12 pm. When I tell you, these young men had me moved in an 1hr and a half!!! And I lived on the 3rd floor apartment building with no elevator. These men did everything they aspire to do in their business. Very polite. On time. They had their own assembly, like, they had a plan on how to get it done, and how to get it done properly and efficiently. I paid $80 over and above their

If I could give them zero stars I would. I recently moved from south Florida to central Florida back in May. I decided to use Noya Movers as the company to help move me. Who would’ve thought that in process they would damage my bedroom furniture. I spoke with John( he’s the one that answers all calls) and informed him that the young men set up my bed incorrectly where they had the side rails upside down which prevented them from placing the rails under my bed causing the bed frame to bend in and also damaging the footboard of my bed. Now the draw that’s attached to the foot board doesn’t
