They not only fixed the problem we called about, they also figured right away out the door springs were not set properly which was causing multiple problems. A previous repair service we used either did not recognize the problem, or possibly caused it. Now the door operates smoothly and much more quietly, and is easier to open manually if we have to.

First company I called said I needed an expensive conversion system and unless I hired them my van would remain stuck in the garage, charged $68 for the estimate.
Triton guy visited and before anything else, showed my how to safely brace the garage door and get the van out. Then he confirmed the need for a conversion system but explained that certain other companies might carry the door without a need for the conversion system. I was impressed with the technician's patience and honesty. Triton estimate was $100 lower than the first company, and they did not charge for the estimate.

Their customer service is amazing. They arrived at my house in just 20 minutes and fixed my garage doors completely for a much lower price than I expected. The company doesn't try to sell me unnecessary items and even took the time to fix mistakes that other companies have made! A fantastic company that does great work at a fair price. I was right to trust this company because they really deserve all the good feedback people gave them online. I needed immediate help with my garage door's alignment, and they were able to send someone right away. The tech was very reliable and knew the ins and outs of the mechanism. It's a bonus that they charged me a very fair fee. I would totally recommend them to everybody.

Our garage door got stuck halfway when I tried to open it and stopped responding to the remote. They sent out a tech as soon as I called and made an estimate as it needed a spring replacement. It was very reasonable, and I had them go ahead with the repair. It went very well, and the door now works smoothly again. I'm glad that they're near me. If I need assistance with my garage door in the future, they are now my go-to guys.
