Dan Neuman of Midtown Doors and Services is hands down the best contractor I have worked with in Omaha. They installed a custom-sized garage door. They had great communication with us from the estimate to the install, and they did solid work on putting in the door and hauling off the old door at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company for all garage door services.

Dan and staff are very friendly and personable. I needed my whole garage door replaced after someone hit the door with their car. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Gave me a very reasonable price.
Had my door replaced within about a week and a half. Ryan came out to do the replacement. Ryan was awesome and had the job done within a couple of hours.

When our garage door quit working and we weren't sure who to call, I took to Yelp to find the answer. Midtown Doors was in our area and had a high number of positive reviews - now I can see why. When calling for repair service, you're never sure if it's something you could have easily fixed yourself or if you'll end up a good chunk of change poorer by the end of the day. It ended up being the former (though we probably would never have figured out to hit the reset button ourselves) and since the service person was already there, he cleaned, lubricated and tightened the chains

I needed a garage door so I went on line to the yelp app to get reviews of garage door companies. After reading about a dozen reviews I noticed that Midtown door had the best. I decided to call Midtown and I am glad I did. Dan came over to look at the project and gave me an estimate. I had a garage door spring break over the weekend and requested a quote online to get it replaced. Dan responded within minutes with a price. I called to make an appointment and he was able to make it the next afternoon to get it fixed, despite the snow storm. Dan arrived exactly at the time he said he would, got it quickly fixed, and charged me the exact price quoted. He is also very friendly to have working on your garage door. From the moment I called to Inquire about a new garage door installation to the completion of the installation process our experience was phenomenal!
Dan was awesome to deal with. Super responsive, personable, and very helpful. Their pricing is competitive and the installer was awesome!
We had a minor issue with the seal on the bottom and I texted Dan and he came out and installed a larger one in 5 minutes. I will never go anywhere else for garage door needs.

Garage door broke over the weekend (broken spring) and needed it fixed. After calling the last company we used and getting a ridiculously expensive estimate, I went and looked at yelp and got this company.
Spoke to Dan and he gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable to what I was expecting.
I scheduled an appointment and he got me back in business in no time.
I really liked how he interacted; it felt more like just a casual chitchat with an old buddy just shootin' the breeze while he's fixing my garage door.

Our garage door kept popping up after going down so I searched Yelp for a good repair service and Midtown was appealing due to the solid rating. I called in the afternoon on a Wednesday and they were here Thursday AM right on time. After a few adjustments our garage door was fixed for the very reasonable price of $70. For the price and quick turnaround time, I don't think you can go wrong with Midtown Doors & Services.

Called around and came across these guys. Spoke with Dan who was very polite and friendly. He came by the house within a day or two of our phone conversation and properly assessed the condition of the door. A week and a half later 2 of his crew came and replaced the 4 slats (panels) on the front and back of the door, fixed the weather stripping, and programmed my new remote all inside of an hour!
Now I would've loved to give 4.5

First, Dan is GREAT. Super friendly, very genuine -- felt like I knew him my whole life just in talking to him. Straight shooter, easy-going, and he does quality work.
I called Midtown on Friday after my garage door shot off the track, the cable on one side coming unspooled from the pulley. The only way I could get the garage door to shut was by pulling the other cable and, thus, undoing all the tension in the spring.
Dan booked me for the following Tuesday, and he showed up promptly at 8:30 am. The work was done in about an hour, and he let me throw in having the

What a great experience! Popped a cable on my garage door. Found Midtown Door on Yelp & called. In under two hours, Dan arrived, assessed the situation and replaced the cables. He also found a few other failing parts plus one or two components not properly installed. After getting my approval, Dan made those repairs at no additional charge. The overall cost for time, labor & parts was very reasonable! Before leaving, Dan took the time to give me a few maintenance pointers to extend the life of our garage door.
