Bought an SUV from them that clearly had something wrong with it. They put me in 4 different rentals while they "tried" to fix the issue. Whole time they were doing it the cheap way so it never got fixed. They told me it would be too expensive to fix so I was better off getting another car. They tried to get me another one but were asking for another down payment. I told them I wanted my car back or a refund and they decided that after all they could fix it. They had my car for a solid 1 1/2 months getting fixed somewhere else. When I got it back I asked them for a report so I knew what was done

I bought a truck here and it was nice truck but it did not last. The guy that sold me truck he decided to quit. And I had to deal with manager and not help at all. All they did is they gave me address to shop to help get fix and all they think about is that I'm the one that ruin the truck. The truck I had , had transmission fail, bad catalytic converter and bad fuel pump. This happen only 1 year of driving the truck. I spend over 3000 to 4000 for repairs. I made have bought 2004 truck but they should have better maintenance mechanics and Instead of blame the people for the damage.

Will sale you vehicles in need of immediate internal work and will claim that it had a full body inspection. Bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and was informed all the basics for its mechanics were checked through and anything that needed attention would be corrected. Yet, LESS THAN 2 months after the purchase I need to replace catalytic converters. Will not only never make another purchase from here but will let everyone I know for sure not to try purchasing from here. Please spare me the ‘It’s an older vehicle’ speech. I’m having to pay to fix this now so y’all could have done this BEFORE

Great first time buying experience for my daughter! I bought 2 vehicle's from Herbert at car pros what a joke. A 2000 F250 super duty that blew up on way back from smog testing no engine light computer was tampered with. Now my 2013 jeep Grand Cherokee overland. Can't be driven because it over heat 300 miles since bought. Beware they don't communicate and don't care

This is the second review I have ever written but this dealer really made a stressful situation pleasant so I feel the need to tell you about it. I drove from Southern California to Durango Colorado and the transmission in my favorite car, a Mercedes E350 died after just 220,000 miles. In order to get back home to California, I purchased another car in Durango and it needed major repairs after just 8 miles; no kidding. The following day I picked out six cars at five dealers on Autotrader; all located in Albuquerque (a larger car market than Durango) and my first stop was Car Pros on 5029 4th Street

Well another update... After getting the transfer case fixed (3 grand to fix), now the rear differential is going out, awesome. Bought a car for 14 grand and already having to put 6 grand into it. Test drive your vehicles well and bring a mechanic if you can and also purchase an extended warranty if you purchase a vehicle here.

Hubert provided the best customer service and highest level of transparency I have ever experienced when purchasing my amazing Nissan Juke Nismo. Especially since I was out of state in Arizona, it can be daunting purchasing a car that you have never seen. Hubert provided us with a full description of the car, an independent third-party report, and even FaceTimed so that we could see the car "in person"! He made sure to address every possible concern we had, especially when buying the car out of state. To be honest, it was an easier and quicker transaction than buying a car in state
