These movers were booked for me through a broker. They broke so many of my items and charged me almost $2000 extra. They were careless with so many of my items. All of my furniture is dented, chipped, and scratched beyond all belief. My hope chest is almost unrecognizable. They wrapped my 400 dollar computer monitor, and when I questioned their wrapping, they assured me they do this all the time (mind you the wrapping of that computer monitor and my furniture is what cost the extra 2 grand). My initial thoughts about the company were great until they showed up to collect my belongings. 2 guys showed up with a rusty non marked box truck and it gave me an uneasy feeling. However I needed to move and was left with no options. I then proceed to show the movers everything to be moved. I was then informed that the motorcycle that I had needed to be drained of fuel. I moved from Silver Spring, MD to Las Vegas, NV in April 1, 2021. I booked through Trinity Relocation Service and did not understand that they are only a broker and they turned the move over to Master Movers. 2 men from Richmond, VA came and packed and they did a really efficient job but they told me that they were contractors and that my contents for a 1-bedrm apt would be stored in a warehouse in Richmond VA. This company is complete and utter trash! Please stay away. The owner and company are SCAMMERS! Broke $2,000 worth of furniture and lost two large boxes. Their solution was to offer me $90. Four hours late. Nothing but excuses and lies. Told me there was bad traffic. Then that they're doing another move. Crew leader showed up visibly high and or drunk. They got it done but they're a bunch of amateurs. Oftentimes we felt like we were working harder than them. Hands down the worst moving experience I've ever had. Run away from these movers.

1. Original quote was only a third of what I was charged at the end. (basically just lied to me)
2. Delivery truck came FOUR days after when was originally promised.
3. Broken items during the move (plates, dishes, a desk)
4. Boxes were missing that were supposed to be dropped off (said that they can't find them and don't know where they are)
5. Lack of transparency and last minute communication was everywhere during the process.

Don't use these people- Master Movers grossly underbid our move- and then demanded I venmo and pay with credit cards or they would walk off the job- I think the legal term for what we experienced is extortion. I was charged over $4000.00 to move 1.5 miles; 3200 sq foot home- they sent 1 truck and 3 guys. They destroy my furniture-smashed my walls (brand new build) and didn't finish the move until 4 days later- but not before they demanded an additional $700 for the rest of the move- and assured me I would get credited for time not used-. the last day was a 15 min load, a 15 min unload

This business is awful. If your looking for a moving company. My initial call was to estimate what I had to move . Nothing was ever said that they count pieces. I get called in middle of the move that we are at the limit ? I said what limit ? I repeat NEVER EVER USE this service. I had a reservation for a Saturday any time after 1PM. They called at 11:30AM to say that they were on their way to our location. We explained to them that won't work because the location that we're going to had a freight elevator that we've reserved. We were told that was fine and we would be hearing from them later that day. Used these guys 5 months ago for a local move. They promised they would wrap any and all glass objects and fragile items. They didn't wrap a single item. I had a small 1 bedroom apartment to move and when my furniture arrived in NJ they has busted my computer desk and my 50 inch TV. Dealing with this company was one of my worst nightmares. Guy and Master Mover's are not here to look after their client's needs and happiness, they are here to milk every cent from the people who hire them.

I will say upfront that this business is not one that is easy to deal with. You can call and email and if you don't keep on them they will never call you back. There processes don't adapt well to changes. I had to use these guys as a carrier due to what the moving company suggested. The packers were awesome. They arrived on time and packed my stuff into the moving truck efficiently. They tried to keep as close to the estimate as possible. They were friendly and listened to my concerns. They broke my mom's dish collection that she had for over 10 years, cracked her marble dresser top, stole my daughters diamond earrings, and then stole $500 hundred dollars after attempting to steal $1500. They did not wrap any of the furniture. This is a mixed review. The two movers actually did a good job once they got going. It was a hot day with lots of stairs so I appreciated their efforts. My stuff was in good hands and no damages. Although I was a bit put off that I was asked to sign a statement there were no damages when I had not actually had a chance to see all of my stuff. That is shady at best.
Where I have issues is with the company's practices. . They don't return calls. The estimate

Run far far away. Ben the owner is a piece of work. Terrible mistake. Paid a deposit during booking with a card. I was then told, if I used a credit card after the movers arrive, it would be a 4% extra charge, so I paid before they arrived with same card they kept on file. As soon as they pulled up I had concerns. I asked them to take extra pro caution with my furniture because it was new. The movers assured me my things would be wrapped and protected.
