DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If I could give no stars I would. This company is the worst. They moved my mother’s belongings across country, and lost several boxes. They didn’t crate the baby grand piano like they said. Holes were drilled into the top of the piano, and the music stand was missing.
I waited the ninety days that they required before making a claim. I never got a reply or a dime back. I would never recommend this company, I don’t know how they’re still in business.

There are numerous hidden fees and charges. Expect to spend a lot more than quoted, even if they "lock you into a price". They subcontract all their pick ups and deliveries so the people you meet will conveniently have no idea what your talking about as far as agreements with first call. Communication with first call will disappear after they get your deposit.

I hired First Call Relocation Company to move all of my belongings including my car and motorcycle from Los Angeles, California to Buffalo, New York. Upon arrival to my home in Buffalo, New York, both my car and motorcycle were damaged along with a majority of my large furniture. All of my furniture was purchased brand new in April, 2018 and was damaged during the move in July 2018. When my car was delivered it had 2 dents and paint scrapes on my hood. My motorcycle had countless areas of damage including broken mirrors, dented fender, scraped and dented fuel tank and more. Our furniture was dented

First call relocations was really helpful every step of the way of my last move. I really enjoyed speaking to their customer service manager. He asked a lot of questions to come up with an adequate quote. The crew came over to my house on time and they were very well equipped. They were very fast at their job. All my things were properly packed and loaded. The delivery was made a week later and all our belongings traveled quite well. It really was a perfect move and I only have these guys to thank for it..

I was sold on First call relocations right after they provided me an estimate. Their quote was very low. The movers arrived on time and were properly equipped. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walkup and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. Everything went smoothly and they were done within a very short time. They gave me a five-day window for the delivery and they delivered on the fourth day. Nothing was broken or damaged. These skilled men can do anything!

I wanted to put a good word for First call relocations as they did my move without any hassle. It was very easy to pick them basically. When I called them I got immediate feedback and the sales rep answered all my queries. They set me up for my move and sent me a confirmation email. On the day of the move, the foreman and his helpers arrived on the appointed time and helped me get started. I did all the packing so they just carried everything on to the truck. They did a good job though. None of my furniture was damaged and the move was quick and easy. Nothing went wrong all the way. Thank you.

I had such a good time with Firstcall relocations. These guys did a great job. Everything went well from my initial contact to the follow up after the move.
