I just wanted to write a quick review on Precision Garage Door. The Company was so Professional, Very good with getting The job done quick, and accurate! I owe all of this My Technician : Mr. Tryton ! When I tell you the young man knows is job! The young man knows his job! I'm so grateful that I found out about this company! I'm forever gonna have them on speed dial! In conclusion, it's getting ready to be cold, if you need access to your garage and have issues like I did with your garage door, I strongly suggest and refer you all to Precision Garage Door!

A person came to repair the gate opener. Charged me 1000. to replace the battery and gave me 2 new openers. Didn’t last long. I called to report this. Man came out and said there was some interference like a big truck that prevented it from working. It didn’t last. I called Precision again for help. The guy said he wouldn’t be able to come look at it for a few days. I had to call a different company. They said the battery wasn’t connected correctly. They charged me one hundred dollars. I will not use this company for any of their services again.

Set appointment for between 8am-10 today
At 10 had not arrived and no call to let me know they were running late
Called and assured technician would be here in 15 minutes
It is 11 now still no one and no call
Been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get an answer….
Just informed it will be noon?
We will see
If this wasn’t an emergency I would have cancelled … Terrible communication!!

The door spring was broken and my door would not budge. I used the online chat with Precision Garage Door on Sunday morning and got an immediate response. Great tool, by the way. The tech called twice to update his arrival time. Thank you. Upon arrival, Tryon explained what he needed to do and basically re-built my door in about 30 min. This was not a hard up-sale, but reasonable upgrades to improve the performance and life of the door. Very friendly, informative and skilled. Well done.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. I called them at 9:30PM that same day. The caller was very helpful and got us on the schedule for the next morning. We received great service from Chris. He called first, then showed up when he said he would. He was informative and described my options for repair. He was friendly and worked quickly. He was in and out in under an hour.
