I have several companies go to my cousins home to provide an estimate on installing a new roof. Each company received the same information that is there is a leak in the roof. RS Roofing sent Matthew to provide an estimate and after inspecting the roof Matthew call me and said I am placing a cover over the roof that way if it rains none will get inside. Matthew is very good at his job and wanted to take care of the roof even though his company had not been hired at the time. When Matthew was hired he provide outstanding customer service by letting me know the exact day they would be there to do

They were so very quick to respond. They were professional and made this whole ordeal so much easier. Richard handled the insurance for me. I was overwhelmed and he made the whole process run smoothly. My new roof is perfect! They were so good that several of my neighbors also contacted him after they saw their work and hired them as well. We also had interior damage as a result of the roof and he had all of that fixed as well. They repaired the interior ceiling and painted in one day. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for this amazing company!

I do not like receiving "cold text messages" addressed to "Hi, 817" thanking me for my choosing their company and asking me to click a link (probably some kind of phishing scheme) and leaving them a review. So since they want my review I will take it to a safe place "Google" and leave them a google review. I did not talk to this company, I certainly didn't choose them, I do not appreciate them sending me texts, when I am not doing business with them, and I will not do any future business with them.

Waiting for weather to break so they can start. Ken came out and did the inspection and was very thorough and explained what would be going on. Just want to get clear weather so I can finally get this started. And also want to add that Ken was friendly, and was bery knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I would recommend them to others.

RS Roofing- well it's been about a year since they completed the roof. We've had a couple recent hail storms and Richard stopped by to make sure all is well, which it is. Mine was an insurance job when it happened and RS went overboard mud-wrestling the insurance company who eventually, saw it his way. I appreciate his knowledge and experience.

They replaced my rotted fascia, soffit, and siding on the home. They also rolled leak proof substance on my metal roof sections. They worked with me and came out several times to meet for a quote and the workers and boss were both consistent on arrival and professional work and clean up. My one issue is that they were overpriced. But they were responsive, consistent, communicative, respectful, honest, quick, and intuitive. I do recommend the company for this reason as I have dealt with other roofer companies that did not shine those qualities.

I am in the process of selling my father's house as he recently passed away. RS roofing came out and replaced some shingles that had come off the workshop and did not charge me, however, they were the company that put the roof on a few years back. When the house was sold in September, and the inspection done, Richard and I communicated about a repair that needed to be done before we could close on the house. I asked him if he could send me an estimate and complete the repair no later than October 15th. He indicated that was possible and if we scheduled now, it would more than likely be

Richard and Scott (and Jon) are absolutely the best!! They came out right when we called them to help cover up the damage, until they could fix it. And they did an amazing job with our roof to replace the old, wind damaged roof. They walked us through the insurance process and got us the best deal. Very professional, do the job quickly and spotless clean up. We highly suggest them to do roof repair or replace!!
