Don't ever use Prestige Moving & Storage. We moved to Cookeville, TN in two separate moves, both originating in Naples, FL. Prestige packed and loaded on 7/11/2019, labeled everything properly and put that load into storage with instructions not to load anything on top of a very expensive cutting table. Jeff Smith, Owner/President of Prestige Moving & Storage agreed to this prior to us signing a contract. The movers were also instructed. On day 2 7/12/2019 the load going to our rental home in Cookeville, TN was not labeled, even after questioning them about numbering boxes. They transported

The President Jeff Smith was not honest about the quality of his movers. We took expensive insurance and asked for a copy of it to file a claim. Was never sent to us. Jeff said he always takes care of problems from a move. Not true. It takes quite a while for him to respond to email or not at all. I would not recommend this company. The move was finally over at 130am. We were so tired I forgot to put on slip about the damage that I knew about but thought Jeff would keep his word. Many things missing. Be careful not who you think they are.

Jeff and his excellent team do a wonderful job of both moving and storing furniture and collectibles. They did a superb job of packing all of our items and putting them in their warehouse and putting some of the boxes into our rented storage rooms. When we finally moved in to the new residence, they delivered and unpacked all the items we had stored with them, and not one single piece of furniture, glassware or antiques was damaged. They even rented a crane to bring one item in to the new residence, but that too was handled flawlessly.

Jeff and his guys over at Prestige Moving & Storage are top notch movers. I operate a move planning business and hired them for furniture install and re-arrange in a high end home in Naples. Jeff provided accurate pricing and timing of when his crew would be arriving. Three guys came on time and were happy to assist with everything we needed them to. Little things like calling with a 30 minute arrival window, showing up with moving equipment like pads, dollies, tools, etc. and providing accurate pricing are important to me - these guys did all of that.
