Company came out once in 2020 to repair a leaky copper pipe in my commercial building. The job required the township coming out and shutting off the at the street, but they stuck around for several hours and sealed the leak properly. In 2021, a solder joint in the repaired area began leaking. I left many voicemails and finally after several WEEKS they said someone would come out and look at the job and he apologized again saying they were busy. I am busy too but I still find time to call back a customer. The tech comes out, looks at job and said they will get back to me with a plan.

Frank Alvarez & Sons is a local plumbing business that I’ll be happy to hire again. When my water heater suddenly failed, this company was able to respond to me the same day, provide an estimate, order the unit, and have it install within the next day (a holiday Saturday, no less). Their price was fair—it was not the highest nor lowest bid for the job, but I am happy with the value, workmanship and promptness of which we were serviced. The other companies who bid either a) cost less but wasn’t a fully licensed/insured plumber b) cost less but was selling an inferior water heater c) cost similar

I was very pleased with the job Bob completed. The pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking earlier than I realized and created some damage to the bottom of the cabinet. Bob suggested remediation in case of mold. He also was able to determine how to repair the never ending drip in a bathtub, without having to do extensive work. Bob saved me extra dollars which I appreciate. Will use you again.

We love these guys, and have been using them for years. They take their time to figure out the real problem, and always do great job.
We’ve had them do everything from fixing standard leak to moving a laundry room setup. Very pleased with their work. Bobby is our guy!

Would definitely recommend!! I needed a toilet valve changed and they were able to send someone the same day to complete the repair. I also thought pricing was very reasonable.

The guys replaced an ejector pump for my downstairs bathroom. It was a tough, dirty job and went longer then expected having to clear out the pipes as well. But they did a great, clean job and they charged what they originally quoted me. I wouldn't use another plumber. I have had my fill of exorbitant prices and low balling then raising prices once they arrive. Really appreciate their honesty and integrity .

Excellent service, reasonably priced, reliable and personable. I had major work done that was done and completed on time as promised. They stand by their work as well .... I had a question about drainage on a drain their repaired and they came out the next day and adjusted it with no problem. I highly recommend this service.

After years of being stood up with empty promises of service, we called Frank Alvarez & Sons. They did come late.....they came early! They promptly diagnosed the complex problem with my temperature control valve in my shower. They then called me to order the requisite parts. Expected to arrive next week. To my happy surprise they called this morning which is a week early to inform me they had the parts and could do the work today. Yet again they showed up early and quickly and effectively repaired the problem. The price was more than fair and the service extraordinary. I can't recommend this company

This has been an extremely hard year for our family. It seems as though everything went totally wrong for us.
