I have used Bob 5 times for several Plumbing problems. He is the nicest guy. And, his wife Mary Ann who handles all phone calls. Is so nice and accommodating for appointment dates and times. I would never use anyone else for plumbing problems. I know that when Bob comes to fix plumbing problems. That I am getting the best in plumbing services. I had a problem with the Shower valve in my apt. Bob was responsive to my calls and was very transparent about what the problem could be. He also said upfront that till he starts the work he might not know the actual issue and how much it would cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue within a reasonable price.

I called about having our water heater replaced. The lady quoted extremely high price. It is more than $2,000 higher than most of others. I do not think she fully understood. Yet she is the person who picked up the phone.
Sad that she blocked customer from reaching to the right guy who does the job.

With the heavy rains we had, my sump pumped must of worked twice as hard. I noticed it wasn't kicking in anymore and realize it stopped working. My limited plumbing skills told me it was broke, I still had water rising so I could not leave it for another day. I called Bob Hoagler which several friends used and raved about the quality service. Bob came in gave me a good price and jumped right in to replace it. There was no delay in obtaining parts which was my concern. He did a great job, I had no damage due to Bob's quick service. He's on my contact list now. Thanks Bob.

I called Bob as a new customer after a rainstorm left my basement flooded. Within 6 hours Bob arrived and replaced my broken sump pump. He took the time to explain the scope and costs before any work was completed. Afterwards, he walked around the perimeter of my house and found a broken gutter that was the source of the flooding. That was so thoughtful. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a new plumber, Bob is it.

I would recommend Bob Hoegler plumbing to anyone. He was always on time and contacted me the day before to confirm that time. His work is meticulous and made sure my systems were properly maintained and upgraded as to avoid future issues. Everyone I dealt with from Maryann to his onsite help was polite and professional. Finally I think he is fairly priced and that I was in good hands the whole time.

I called on a Saturday and someone immediately answered the phone. Turns out to be Bob's wife, Maryann. They scheduled me right away. Bob showed up (on time) with his worker - walked through my basement toilet issue and then through costs and repairs. Very open and honest throughout the entire repair. I would highly recommend them and they have a new customer.
