River City Moving

I first contacted River City Moving about a month before my move-out from my old apartment. I scheduled for that same day I contacted them. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, out of my control, I’ve had to reschedule my appointment with them twice. Jeff, the owner, had no problem with that, he was very accomodating and was really nice about it.
Move-out day finally came, and IT WAS RAINING! I was getting stressed because of it, but Jeff reassured me and told me not to worry. He and his son made sure my things were taken care of. Things that needed to be shrink-wrapped were shrink-wrapped

Amazing service, Abel & Daniel did our move. Great great job. Would highly recommend. Our move took 3 hrs, and owner had full communication with us all the way up to our move day.

Jeff- owner and Shane were fantastic! They moved me from San Antonio, TX to Lubbock, TX. I had a large one bedroom on the 3rd floor. When they arrived it was more than they expected but that didn’t stop them from getting the job done! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank y’all so much guys!!

FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR MOVING!!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HIRING THIS COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED SEVERAL PCS OF FURNITURE BROKE A MIRROR AND NOW I HAVE TO PLAY A HE SAID SHE SAID GAME WITH JEFF THE OWNER.
My $6,000.00 Mattress was dragged on the street up across the carport and up the staircase and they just so happened to remove the plastic zippered protector to make it "easier" for them to "slide".
My nightstands were stacked on top of each other and placed on a dolly then went up 14 wooden stairs!!!
I will never do business with them again my family will

Love, love River City Movers. I have used them several times in the last year. Jeff and his crew are dynamic. No job is to small or too big for them. They go above and beyond without hesitation. They are on time and very conscientious of their work. Jeff and his crew take pride in their work. Prices are extremely reasonable. You can’t go wrong with this local moving company.

Great company, they were very punctual, friendly and caring! It made the moving process stress free I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if ever need to move again!

Don't use this company! They damaged all of my furniture and left large scratches on my new refrigerator. The owner looked at the damage, called me difficult, and called the police because I refused to pay when the owner had his crew leave before the damage could be rectified. The owner told the police that he gave me a 10% discount so therefore, he was not responsible. $100 is not nearly enough to take care of the damage. There is not any way to file a claim on their website either. If you value your stuff, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

100% recommend!! The guys showed up early, started immediately, worked quickly & efficiently. They made the move very easy for us, were extremely polite, & I will definitely be calling them for any future moves!
