I have called this office at least 5 times to ask if they can come complete our basement and tie-in everything in order to finally compete this project. I’ve spoken to a very pleasant woman on the phone and the first three times she said she’d have Pete (the plumber) call us back but no response. The best two times, I asked her to just ask the plumber if he has time to come or we should look elsewhere and she keeps saying she will ask him and call me back. She does remember me when I call so it must be the same person every time. She has yet to call me back. Very unprofessional! I just didn’t

I got some work done by Eldridge plumbing in 2015 they did an awesome job at a reasonable price. For the bad part, I called 3 weeks ago and got an estimate and gave them the job, was told by the gentleman that he'd get back to me that weekend to let me know when they can start the job. Over a week went by so I called the office the guy on the phone said he would have his son call me the following day, two weeks later still haven't gotten a call back after calling the office and left message 4 times, they are good plumbers, but if you are black your job is beneath them.
