From start to finish the experience was totally stress free. Tom Stefani was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. The office staff was professional and courteous. Our two installers, Connor and Brendan, were prompt, friendly, courteous and experienced. They went up and beyond expectations. The general manager was also friendly and experienced. They left the cellar as clean as they found it. Professional business in every aspect. I would and will recommend Stefani Plumbing and Heating to everyone.

With an outdated configuration of my well pressure tank and the plumbing with it, coinciding with acidic water that was leeching copper from my pipes- the home was in trouble.
Brian Mace came out to diagnose the issue and came up with several resolutions. His team headed by Wes installed a new pressure tank, new plumbing, and installed a non-backwashing acid neutralizer. Wes was a professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. Clean and courteous, it was a good experience.

I am a fellow contractor in the Plymouth area, and after getting into a pickle with a system installed a few years back Stefani Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. Brian, the office manager was very responsive and answered any/all questions I had. He sent a technician out (Mike) right on time with a smile on his face. I knew I was in good hands from the second I made contact with Brian, and felt well taken care of throughout the process. Mike was very cordial and knowledgeable. Had a hot water heater installed. Could not have gone better. Also they had a student from upper Cape Regional working learning from the tech. Kim was great and the Person who installed my hot water heater was good at both the installation and teaching showing her how things were done.

Wes was our service professional. He was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and took great patience to explain how everything works. I would highly recommend this company and if we need their services again, we will request Wes. They also did not gauge us like other companies do.

I called to have a plumber come out to service a leak in our toilet. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and very informative. The plumber came out and assessed the situation told me what he thought was going on, even waited a little bit to make sure it was what he thought. He fixed the leak but explained everything that he was doing so I could understand.He was very professional and very personable. I even had my two young grandsons here who are obsessed with tools and he was so nice to them even letting them see his cool toolbox!!!I will definitely use Stefani again and I would recommend
