I highly recommend Delaware Valley Hardwoods. We had our original hardwood floors refinished (vintage 1993) and now they look brand new. Jim and Andrea did a great job guiding us through the process and answered any questions we had. They gave great recommendations on color and mixes based on their past successes. One of the big pluses was there was very little dust during the process. Overall we are very happy with the finished product and it has really modernized our home.

I cannot attest to their work, but I can attest to their professionalism and reliability, or lack there of.
It took a while to finally get into contact with them but when we finally did, Andrea scheduled an appointment to come out for an estimate on a sanding and staining project. After an initial estimate, Jim was supposed to come back out to test paint on the hardwood floors to see if it was lead paint. He never came back and for weeks we emailed, called and left voicemails. Neither Jim nor Andrea reached out to us. If they were too busy or weren't interested in the project, that's fine but

I have to say that Jim is the most knowledgeable craftsman when it comes to hardwood floors I have come in contact with. Over the years we have gone through many installers and refinishers that just didn’t have the quality we were looking for, until we found Delaware Valley Hardwoods. I am confident that every project we do, the floors will come out absolutely fantastic! I know that when his crew is finished I don’t have to worry about cleaning up after them or paying a house cleaner to come in. Jim is completely capable of doing the most basic job all the way up to the most complex! Clean

Had Delaware Valley Hardwoods do my downstairs floors during a remodeling project. My house was built in 1939 and needed a lot of work. I also decided to put hardwood down in the kitchen and Jim matched the wood perfectly and looks like it’s original to the house. It’s been at least 5 years and they still look great. Quality work. About to start a project in my upstairs and will definitely use them to redo my hardwoods. I follow this company on Facebook and I’m impressed with the workmanship and love the passion that Jim and his crew have for their work and the pride they take in their work

Workers came and repaired the floors, they are now the quality that I expected originally. Jim notes below that I was texting a landline and yes perhaps that is true but I also sent emails over the past year. Hands down the BEST in the industry!!! Jim and his team came to our rescue after I choose to go with a less expensive floor re finisher. Since my family and were displaced from our home from the previous re finisher for over two weeks. Jim went out of his way to meet with us in the evening and started our job immediately. Jim was very professional and helpful with his knowledge and passion for hardwood flooring. He took the time to educate us and helped us choose the look we wanted for our home. Jim is a true artist and craftsmen. I would recommend anyone looking for a hardwood floor or repairing
