We recently did our odd shaped terrace with Covedeck systems. We absolutely love our new floor. Everything about the experience was top notch . The price was true to estimate; the installers were professional , courteous and left everything sparkling clean . We still marvel at how they were able to do our odd shaped corners. As a long time home owner with years of experience dealing with contractors and companies Coverdeck was such a pleasure to work with. Completely transparent estimate! We have a nice home and this company didn't use our "address" to overbid the work. Once they know the size of the project they will provide an honest estimate. The team they sent were brilliant. hardworking, and absolute gentlemen. When the work was done, they only charged for the actual materials used! Meaning if a particular application for the porcelain required breaking several tiles over several attempts we only paid for the

I simply love my new porch covering. It looks just like tile. Everyone who sees it can't get over how gorgeous it is. It is easy to care for....simply hose it off. 1. They were very responsive. When I called, someone answered. When I emailed, I usually got a response within an hour. When I decided to get work done, they provided a date that they could do it, and stuck to it. On the day they were to arrive, they told me when they would arrive, and called on the way to ensure I knew they were coming. When I wanted a quote, I got one within 24 hours.
2. When I wanted samples of their products, they shipped them to me promptly. I got them a few days
