Paul called me back within an couple of hours - with just enough time for me to get to the Equipment Rental Store he recommended before they closed for the day! Paul advised me to rent a Flood Dryer and to get it going right away... I did.
Problem: Our water heater had been slowly leaking, unbeknownst to us. It wasn't a flood exactly but we had damp carpet, and worse, damp underlay. (I was referred to Paul of Carpet Valet by our plumber who replaced the water heater.)
Solution: Paul came the next day to take a look at the situation and give his professional opinion. He opened up a section

I've used Carpet Valet for over ten years and have been very satisfied with their service. Paul is punctual, courteous, and flexible with his scheduling. I have been using Carpet Valet for well over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the results. Paul is knowledgeable, professional and respectful of my home. After reading the positive Yelp reviews, we contacted Paul to for a carpet & kitchen tile/grout cleaning. Everything was only positive from that point forward.
