Alex was able to remove a stain that ran the length of our hallway - a stain that several other cleaning services attempted and failed to remove. Alex was transparent about the fact he could not guarantee the treatment would remove the stain, and he pointed out that the chemicals previously used may not have been the best for the carpet. After he applied the treatment it was clear that he was skilled in his trade and extremely competent. The board members of our HOA did not believe that it was possible but within an hour of the treatment the rug had been restored and the stain fully removed. Alex

Just had AVS clean my den, staircases and hallways. Alex was VERY polite and responsive during the entire process; from booking an appointment, providing an estimate, and the actual cleaning process. He talked through what he was doing, what I can expect, as well as gave me advice to ensure my carpets lasted longer. On top of all of that, he was able to remove a small, stubborn spot from a seat cushion that I had otherwise hid with a decorative pillow.

The service we received from Alex was terrific, from the initial phone call to the finished product. Working with Alex was a fantastic experience. He provided a quote before booking the service, which I appreciated. Alex confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up on time.
