This company really stands behind its products. Purchased LCR concrete crack repair from "BIG BOX STORE" Not saying any names.
Had leak in one of the injection cartridges. The leak was My fault, and I didn't have enough to finish the job.
Went back to the " BIG BOX STORE," they told me that it wasn't their problem, and to call the manufacturer. I called Poly gem, which is fortunately 5 minutes from where I work. They asked me to bring the old cartridge with me, so the could see if there was an issue with it. They gave me another replacement cartridge free of charge.

Highly recommend their Liquid Concrete repair product. I used it to seal a crack in my basement, which had been a nuisance for years. I had already spent thousands of dollars in having a drain installed, which didn't solve the problem. The LCR kit was easy to use, and has kept our basement dry for over a year.
