I cannot say enough about what a great moving company this is! The owner was a Godsend. His assistant was also great.
I made my move arrangements originally with a different company. That turned into a nightmare!!!! Move never happened with them, Which I am so grateful for!
Then A1 was recommended to me. I thank you for your professionalism and kindness….oh yes and also for my stuff to put in my new house!!!!

Rick & James moved a 5' long all-glass display cabinet across town for me. These guys went to look at it 1st, talked about how they would move it without taking it apart or breaking it, then made it happen. I really appreciate that they looked at the job 1st, without a commitment from me or charging me! That really won my business. Very professional, great guys!

This was my first time using mover as I have always asked family and friends, well I've moved one to many times and this time I decided to hire movers (not to mention my friends/family are over me moving!). I was nervous as I've heard horror stories using movers, but found A-1 Movers. Their reviews were good and they were local, and during COVID, I have been trying to use more local businesses. Scheduling with Rick was easy, moving me locally from a condo to a house, and he called the day before to verify everything was still on as planned. Rick & Jamal moved our family 3 times. The first was a trip from Columbus to Cincinnati with my grandpas antique desk and bookcase from Germany. Next, my move from my house to storage and finally, from storage to my new house.
They take the best care of your stuff, are careful not to mess up your house, are hard workers and best of all, polite and friendly.
I will continue to recommend A-1 Movers to friends and family!
