Above and beyond!! Our spring broke on our garage door, we called Premium Overhead Door and within hours someone was at our home and had it fixed. The technician not only took care of the spring but made sure everything else was functioning properly and performed preventative maintenance as well. The door has never been so quiet or ran so smoothly ! The technician, Joel, was extremely courteous, kind and a true professional by all means!! Pricing was great as well!! I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Joel for the outstanding customer service‼️

Explained to technician (Isaiah) my issues regarding problem with one door opening & closing at sporadic times of the day. He explained possibilities of why that was happening and then quickly resolved the problem. Also reset my opener code and performed overal tune up maintenance on both doors. Cost was way less than I anticipated. Very pleased with outcome (& price) of the services provided. One happy customer☺ Should I have any need for garage door service in the future, would definitely use this company again. And...recommend them to my friends.

I sent a txt message in the early morning, and got a reply soon. Joel showed up in one hour. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional, and helped replacing the broken garage door in the afternoon of the same day, and also added the safety feature of inside latch lock for the door. Great experience! I made an appointment the same day I called. Though he was running late, he called to let me know. Once he arrived, I asked if I could watch and he worked quickly and did a quality job. He even lubricated my garage door opener. I will definitely call again if I need his services and refer others to him. The price was very competitive and he charged me exactly as he quoted. Happy, happy......

I had one garage door that would not respond to the remote or button inside the garage. I also had a security pad on the outside f the garage door that would not work.. I called Premium Overhead door this morning and was given an appointment time for between 1:00 and 2:00, Joel was here by 1:30. In less than two hours everything was working and I am happy. I forgot to mention that the motor is 20+ years old. Very professional, friendly, service. Very reasonable prices. I appreciate the work that was done.
