If part of your assessment of service is the quality of the sales rep then request Leighton. Easily one of the most customer friendly reps I have ever worked with in any type of retail encounter. No pressure, give options, finds solutions to any obstacles and his post sale work is incredible. It would be impossible to to give his grade anything other than an A+

We had the best salesman possible Geoff Friel and Tim really worked hard to get us in the perfect car! They asked up front what we were looking for and working with never tried to talk us into something we didn’t like or couldn’t afford. They were full transparent through the whole process! Great team! Walked in one Saturday and left the same day with a suv we love! After months of looking at other dealerships! Truly a gem of place! We are now a customer for life!

My husband scheduled my appointment with B&B Automotive last Saturday and I left with my car the same day! The place is beautiful and the representatives are all pleasant. I called this dealership to get an estimate on a car for sale on their lot. I was told that because their business is 95% car financing they would not be able to sell me the car I was inquiring about for cash. I was shocked that a car dealership wasn't interested in selling me a car. Until they told me they typically finance their vehicles for 18% interest!!!!
These people are ROBBING their customers. I have never heard of such high rates. They claim their business is to help people "rebuild their credit" and it "benefits customers" by helping them get

I understand this place is trying to be helpful, but they're more deceitful than anything. They advertise no credit check, instant approval & the whole shebang to get you in the door. Arrival was great, helpful and nice. However,I was asked for my information to run my credit which was a red flag because that's against advertisement & Aleen previously reassured me they didn't need that. JUST EMPLOYMENT. Then after running my credit OF COURSE it was low, that's why I came here to begin with. So after that I was offered ONE car that's 15 years old as my ONLY OPTION

Great experience especially when dealing with picking out a new car, which we all know can be stressful. They are more prepared for endure the wait. Great selection of cars, referral bonus(look into it. Pays car off faster), movie theater with large seating and refreshments. Traveled a distance to get here and later on referred family.

I went in there yesterday and purchased a 2014 Ford focus, through their buy here pay here program. My payments were through the roof which is understandble based on my credit. I drive the car home and it was shifting weird. Then I find out my license was suspended and I would not be able to insure the car. I went back in today amd told then I could not keep the car and need to back out of the loan. My sales woman was not helpful, she was giving me half hearted answers and tip toeing around answers. They got me out of my loan and told me I would receive my down payment back in 3 days. I asked for

Walked in waited 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, was greeted by someone who told me to hang tight. No one introduced themselves. After about 15 minutes go by and someone finally comes to help us at which we told him we were interested in a silver Durango, he comes back with keys to a grey Nissan. And we were belittled when discussing our specifications. Don't waste your time.

Previously this week they were trying to put me in one of their "buy here pay here" cars. They are mostly older model junk cars. Payments totalling around $400 a month. I said no thanks and left. On my way home I received a call from them saying that they could probably get me into one of their retail cars and that I should look at their inventory. These are much nicer cars. They called me back this

Haven't even had the car a year and it's been in the shop 5 times now. And not only that, the bank the contract with breached the contract which then caused me to miss yet again another day of work. Why did they breach it you ask... just to get my attention because I didn't call them back in a timely manor. Leaving me and my 6 year old daughter stranded for two hours!! This is something I could take to court. And my plans are to do so if one more thing happens if they breach the contract. The fact that I have forked over $1000+ on this lemon is outrageous!! And apparently they refuse

Shortly after getting a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from B and B Auto / Car Nation I started experiencing electrical issues following engine failure, I was told as always, it's the drivers fault. They found every possible excuse to fault me. They finally replaced the engine with a used engine which I'm currently paying for on top of my financial payments each month. After the engine was replaced I drove the car for a week and i'm now having transmission issues. I called AVP Warranty and what did they say? IT'S THE DRIVERS FAULT!!

NEVER BUY HERE! Liars and and will string you along, not good deals at all! I had a lot of business to give them and they turned me away after weeks of calling and calling me as well as email correspondence. I have over 1000 coworkers and I know a lot of them would like to find a nice BHPH dealership. Both my kids will need vehicles in 2016, glad I found someone else. Thanks for nothing.

Over the phone sounded great. Went there and nope. Even though I had a trade in and putting $3000 down they said $100 a week. And refused to work with me. Didn't even go talk to the lender just said $100 a week. I refuse to pay $400 a month for a used car with high miles. Than the rude guy says then this isn't the place for you. U got that right. So I went down to Nissan and walked out with a great new car. I would never recommend b and b to anyone ever

Looked at cars here a while back and they were all overpriced, way too old to get conventional financing and i would venture 2 steps away from going to the junk yard, granted these people help those with credit issues but what your getting for your hard earned money is junk, drive a bit further down route 13 and find a good lot to deal with these folks are just too over priced and poorly maintained cars & trucks
