Matt who sold me the car was good made it quick and easy and answered all of my questions. However, when I went to go sign the finance agreement it had $2,500 “market adjustment” for what who knows. Was told gap was $150.00 then all of a sudden it’s $895 tire and wheel was allegedly $850.00 then $1,200. I would skip this place and go anywhere else any dealer that adds anything onto the MSRP doesn’t want a good relationship with its customers.

Tried purchasing a car here, I have great credit and a decent down payment ready. Let me just say this dealer is completely unprofessional. They literally won't sell me a car because I won't commit to servicing my car with them. I live over an hour away, I would be insane to service exclusively there. THIS IS ILLEGAL and DISCRIMINATORY. Do NOT go here, do not call here, bring your business somewhere else. Needless to say I will be calling Mazda corporate to inform them of these discriminatory practices.

Do not purchase a car here. They have the bait and switch down to a science. To such an extent tou set a price, have a handshake deal, then notice the sale price is $2000 higher than agreed upon. I have dealt with unscrupulous salesmen before but not one that lies to your face wiyh a smile. That is Jake Sommer. And when he has the backing of Eric Peruzzi you are out of luck. Go anywhere else to buy a car.

Almost 2 months ago… I submitted a very positive review about my CX-30 leasing experience with Peruzzi Mazda. Toward the end of the review, I stated that my wife's Highlander lease was up in a few months, and that I was going back to Peruzzi for a CX-9.

I called on 5/5/20 and spoke to the Theresa from Internet Sales. After she gave me the quote online I asked if I she could send me the quote to my email for my reference. She emailed me the quote with just the figures but did not include the Car, year or trim which all QUOTES include. I sent her email asking if she could include that info she sent it, after that I received a follow up email (see below) which was extremely rude and unwarranted.

Peruzzi Mazda was such a pleasure to work with! They were able to get me in for an appointment fairly quickly and provided me with a loaner car for several days. My steering wheel felt loose for months after I took it to Faulkner Mazda 3 times to correct mistakes they made when installing my Android Auto (burned dashboard, a scratched up dashboard replacement, etc.). It turned out that the technicians at Faulkner failed to put the two bolts back to secure my steering column when reinstalling my dashboard. My son bought his first car today, 2018 Mazda6. It took 2 previous disappointments with 2 other dealers to see, the 3RD WAS THE CHARM. I give today a solid 5! From my calling last night and speaking with Steve to get hours to showing up today for our first AM appointment. We pulled up and Steve had asked his salesman, Doug Muro to keep an eye out for us. I recently went to Peruzzi Mazda in search of a new vehicle. Jake Sommer and Jordan Heft made my purchasing experience amazing. Not a single question went unanswered. I was able to take the car for a considerably long test drive. Both were very knowledgeable about their product and the perspective process. When I had issues with my title Jake even drove to my house to have it signed over by my FIL. What a team this group is and the location is very well cleaned, maintained and operated. Just bought a new 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback from Peruzzi Mazda- love it. Absolutely no pressure atmosphere at Peruzzi. Sales and finance ladies were so nice, professional, and patient with any and all questions throughout the whole process. Eric Peruzzi (Sales GM) is very hands on and genuinely appreciative when you purchase from them. This is my second Mazda in two years from Peruzzi, (wife and I bought a certified pre-owned '16 CX5 last year), and I highly recommend stopping in if in the market for a new car.

I bought my Lexus from these guys almost 2yrs ago just before Christmas. I had an awesome experience! Brad Y. was my sakes guy and he was phenomenal but sadly he no longer works here. Today I'm here for service and I was a little frustrated because of a wheel lock issue... too long to explain but everyone that I've encountered here is extremely nice and helpful. Went to get my car serviced here back in March and it was returned to me with scratches. Brought the car back to try to resolve the damage, manager came out, took pictures. Told me he would get a hold of his detail department and get back to me. Never heard back. Called multiple times and was always told he was not physically present at Mazda service. Finally got a hold of corporate Mazda, heard back from the service manager today very condescendingly telling me that he did in fact call me back, that his attempt to wipe off the scratches when I brought it in so they could see the damage is the

I was looking to buy a car today or tomorrow, cash in hand ready to go. So I see a car on their site and inquire about it through chat, ask a couple of questions and didn't think I would be able to see it today so I said maybe tomorrow and thanked them. I am unsure why this Dealership only has two stars. Just bought a Mazda CX-9 from here this past weekend. The crew at Peruzzi Mazda were very responsive and easy to work with. It was very busy & we did have to wait about 25 minutes to see someone to test drive a second time. But they were very apologetic! We were there till 9pm buying my new vehicle and I never felt rushed!

I am writing my 3rd review for Peruzzi Mazda. I wish I could give it 0 's. I am still waiting for them to fix the problems with my peeling rims (a two year problem they have yet to fix). Their customer service and support is the worst that I have ever experienced. I recommend going to another Mazda dealer for any service.

I purchased a Mazda3 last week and Doug Muro was my salesman. Very knowledgeable and not the typical pushy salesman that I and I'm sure most people dread. I never thought buying a car could be so easy but Doug does all the work that needs to be done and it seemed like I just went in test drove a car then next thing I knew I was signing papers!
