Jordan's Custom Woodwork
We at Jordans Custom Woodwork have teamed with experts in their fields to ensure top-quality workmanship throughout all phases of your project. I plan to take on projects that aid the community by preserving the history and traditions of the trades. While restoring what is being lost to the ravages of time.

By aiding home and building owners by creating a dedicated network of trades, crafts, artisan's business, civic leaders, and all who wish to help. Also, by teaching all who wish to learn these crafts and trades in the field and in the classroom. For our youths, those newly released from incarceration, and our returning veterans.

I plan to open trade schools and teach all who wish to learn. My path began when my grandmother had a stroke. She was bound to a wheelchair. She lived in an old Victorian built-in 1918 (I love that house). She was coming home from the hospital and needed access to the house. My uncle had just come home from Vietnam.
Services
We plan, manage multi-phase projects, budgeting, complete accounting, arrange inspections and final walk-throughs. For the homeowner that is not too comfortable taking on a project all alone. Including complete available provenance of the property, research of all city archives for blueprints and permits.
On Phone (IOS or Android) select appointment when the screen goes dark then scroll left for the calendar. Sometimes our clients take on projects that they find are well beyond what they imagined, or far more involved than they first thought or they purchased an old house or building and did not know or were not told all of its issues.
When English explorer John Smith arrived in what is now Maryland in 1608, he was astounded by the bounty that would later become the lifeblood of its colonization. He noted that there was, "No place more perfect for man's habitation, " than the Chesapeake Bay. And he was right.

Made an appointment for an estimate and he never showed up. He then messages me 4 hours later to apologize with an emergency excuse. It only takes a minute or less to message someone prior to your committed appointment to let your customer know you are unable to make it. That's the courteous and professional way of doing business. I should have known since your one and only review had the same issue. No, I will not be rescheduling.

Made an appointment with this guy via his online portal, got three email confirmations and even a calendar invite. Then he doesn't show up. No call, no email, nothing. If you can't keep an appointment you're not worth doing a project with.

I hired Gulbert Jordan to restore two late 19th Century Victorian homes. He is a
true master Carpenter, few people have the skills and expertise to work on homes of this period. Awesome reproduction work.
