Horrible work quality and costumer service. I hired this company to Replaster my pool and added a baja. The tiles started to fall off two months after they finished the work. They came and fix them once. The tiles kept falling off, i have called several times leaving messages to please call me back but no luck. The lady that answered the phone is very rude and short. Last time I talked to her she told me she didn't had time to explain to me what could be wrong with my pool that she was going to have Dave returned my call. The compound they used to attached the tiles to the pool never cured. Every

I had leak detection done by American Leak Detection. My inground spa had leaks beyond repair. I was asking for a quote for pebble tec demolition and new plaster along with some additional work. After your first response to call leak detection, which I had already done, I called you and left a phone message. I didn't get a call back. No worries. I did get calls back from the nicest people at several other companies.

I have been receiving quotes from many pool builders and I must say that Trinity has been awesome. Quick to respond, kind, professional, and checks in. It sucks that in the pool industry, you have to often chase down a pool company for a quote. I haven't pulled the trigger on a pool company yet but so far, I've been happy with the Trinity's communication with potential clients.

Where do I start!? I dreamed of a pool for our little girls to grow up with, never thinking it would be a real possibility. I called around for 2-3 months, spoke with so many local Pool contractors, it came down to two very competitive quotes but what swayed my decision at first was what Trinity was including in their quote, higher quality pool build materials without trying to give me basic materials and then up-sell it later, for example basic concrete coping vs travertine/marble coping, basic white or dyed plaster vs stonescapes mini pebble, full phone automation, etc.

We had such a great experience with David and his team of workers throughout our pool remodel project. Trinity Custom Pools really brought our 18 year old pool back to life, new tile, new NPT Stonescape mini pebble finish, and even fixed our leak in the spa.
David was so responsive right from my initial call and all the way to the end of the project. We normally would get 2 to 3 bids on a job like this but we both felt so comfortable with Trinity that we didn't even bother.

We are beyond happy with the pool renovation completed by David and his team at Trinity Custom Pools!
His quote was competitive and he's been a pleasure to work with during the whole process. He said "I can have you swimming 3 weeks from the start date" and he held up to his end of the bargain.

I highly recommend Trinity Custom Pools. Dave gave me a reasonable quote and started my project immediately. I had the plaster redone, the pool lights upgraded, installed a salt water system and installed a new control panel. The entire project took about a week and Dave kept me updated while the project was being done. I'm very satisfied with this professionalism and quick installation. I had a problem turning on the lights at 8pm on a Friday night. I messaged Dave; he immediately responded and figured out the problem.

If you are still searching for the right pool company to remodel or renovate your pool, STOP! You have stumbled upon the best pool company with Trinity Custom Pools and Dave in my humble opinion. My pool had been empty for two years and only getting worse as time passed. I originally attempted to call several pool companies and either never received a call back or they were no show appointments for viewing my pool and giving me a quote. The pool companies that did show up to bid on renovating my pool were giving me quotes from low end of the scale to the high end and I was not feeling comfortable
