Services
We provide flooring solutions to the spectrum of corporate clients from small business offices to corporate headquarters of Fortune 500 companies. Whether its carpet corridors, porcelain tile lobby's, mosaic walls, LVT or sealed concrete break rooms, SDT in server rooms, or hardwood executive suites - we've done it all.
We partner with every major manufacturer of commercial carpet across the United States. Commercial carpet includes commercial broadloom, carpet tiles and walk off carpet. Commercial carpet is offered in a wide range of designs and textures and can be produced with attached cushion padding to provide extra "give".
PDL offers both prefinished hardwood and site finished hardwood which is stained on site. We source hardwood domestically and selectively partner with international vendors to provide a spectrum of premium and value based wood flooring options. Important considerations when selecting your hardwood flooring include: finish (pre-finished or site finished), engineered or solid hardwood, plank width, texture, species and color.
We've installed both Luxury Vinyl Tile ("LVT") and Vinyl Composition Tile ("VCT") across a range of commercial applications. Both LVT and VCT are highly durable and can be installed quickly and easily repaired by replacing select tiles/planks. LVT is gaining in popularity as manufacturing costs come down and innovative new options become available.

Wednesday, still no reply so another message was sent trying to check one more time, as we need carpet. Then today, Thursday, Rick replies with a capital "NO
