Kyle in the service department went above and beyond during my tire repair and truck bed overspray issue. Keith and service team are top notch. Sarah was very helpful with getting me squared away with paperwork and things of that nature. She also gave me regular updates on progression of the work. Communication was great.

The customer service and work provided by the service department is second to none and i would recommend them for ANY of your automotive needs. I spoke with the tech that performed the work on my truck and he was very helpful in showing and explaining the reason for the work thatwas done. They got my truck in very quickly and the work was completed quickly and with the best quality.

I used to LOVE Greenbrier Dodge service Department. Since this new company has taken over I have had nothing but a headache. They never deliver as promise. They do not offer car loners when they make mistakes. They tell you they will call to schedule service when your part comes in and never do for a part that their technician put on incorrectly in the first place and that was another horror story. I will never purchase another Dodge because of this experience when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. I can say after talking to the two gentleman this evening about my vehicle there may be hope

I wish I could give less stars. Drove 2+ hours to see a car that was listed as "certified". Car looked great in the pictures. Spoke to several people on the phone assuring us that the car was on their lot. When we arrived, nobody knew anything, and we got the runaround. Finally, a very, very nice young man took us to the other lot to find the car. What a colossal disappointment when we finally found it. It was trashed and not at all like in the pictures. Awful experience. Had an appointment to pick up a leased vehicle. We hadn’t seen the vehicle because of the car shortage so it came from another location. We told the car salesman what we wanted, the same features as our last vehicle but we don’t care about a sunroof. We had an entertainment system and gps. They didn’t have a vehicle with an entertainment system so we are paying extra for an after market system to be installed. That was our deal breaker and they knew that. We go in to get the vehicle and get in and there is no GPS and they tell us they will get the entertainment system installed

This dealership is beyond the best dealership we have ever been to! The way they treat you is incredible! It’s truly Southern hospitality! Joe Anthony and Nerely were amazing! All of the employees were just like family members with my son and all interacted with him the whole time! Benny even have my son a few hot wheels cars! We could let our son hang with them and didn’t have to worry about him at all! We bought a car that was coming from the factory and they kept us updated the whole time. 20/10 would recommend anyone to this dealership!

I went to Southern Jeep to test drive a wrangler for the experience with my daughter. Frankie was the best salesman I have dealt with! Factory ordered a Jeep Wrangler Willys. My sales guy Trevor was awesome to work with and he was very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know about my jeep. He was professional and made the purchase fun and entertaining. My factory ordered jeep was estimated to be out 8 weeks or more. I received my Jeep one month after it had been processed to be built. No stars would be the better. Having a terrible experience. I own a 2020 Rebel with less than 15k miles and have been in service for a leaking back window. The first diagnosis was incorrect. They sealed the roof seam which was not the culprit. The window leaked and once again I brought it back. They replaced the window and in the process of replacing it, damaged the 3rd break light seal. Because they had no gaskets in stock, their "certified" technician decided to use black sealant which dripped, hardened and adhered to the paint. One of the managers tried to sell me a BASIC challenger scat pack(WITH NO BLINDSPOT DETECTOR) for over 55k ..they clearly advertise it for 35 on their website with an MSRP of 42 soo...why all of a sudden it's ok to want a price that high is beyond me, might as well get a wide body at that price range. They care NOTHING about you just your money. They will tell you that to your face with a smile. I've used these guys for years until they replaced the good people with these garbage people I.e. We recently purchased a new vehicle from this place. People were great until sale was made. Then while trying to get windows put in as promised we found that our application was never promised. This was after we starting our conversation. Weeks of trying to reach the finance mgr and the gm. Every call I was told they were not in the office. I am not sure how a car dealership runs without a finance or general manager on site. I am stuck with them trying to get what I was promised but if you have a choice. Choose wisely

Probably the most unprofessional car dealership I've been too. The salesman was smoking cigarettes while walking back to get the keys to vehicle. Not to mention just rude and acted like I was wasting his time. I ended up buying a $50,000 vehicle elsewhere.

They seem to give you the run-around. Voicemails are full. No call backs. Took several phone calls with different stories each time to get my trade in paid off. Finally had to make a trip back to the dealer to get my trade in paid off AFTER they had already sold my trade in. Won't be going back. I've had far better experiences elsewhere.

Absolute worst service department around. Buyer beware. Took my car for a state inspection, picked it up and they had dented it. Asked them to fix it which I was told would take 3-5 days, they never communicated with me along the way to keep me updated and when I called to complain and speak to a manager the service manager told me "we are doing you a favor by even fixing your car for you." They never have the part you need in stock, everything has to be ordered and takes multiple days to come in. They do not offer to vacuum or clean you car when you take it in or any other benefits,

Sales team is under new management and it shows! After buying our last truck from here and feeling like we paid too much, among other things, I said we would never come back to buy another! Well, this year we started shopping for a new truck. A message popped up that Greenbrier had the truck we wanted at a great price! So I thought I'd give em one more try. My experience there was far different and better than my last, from beginning to end it was stress-free! Well, I thought I got a good car from them but turns out it had a slew of problems that they didn't mention when I was looking at it. While I think my car is still good, there are a variety of things I have to fix that they did not mention, even when I asked specific questions about parts being replaced. I've had the car less than a month and I already have to get the air filters replaced, the air intake hose replaced, and the mass air flow sensor replaced. When I called them, they didn't own up to any of it.

The worst possible dodge I have been too. Paid for an oil change, tire rotation, and detail. When I got there my confirmed appointment wasn't in the system and it took 4 hours to get my car back. the detail was horrific. Streaks on the window, dirty handprints on the windshield and steering wheel and looks like it was barely touched. The tire gages where still not set and when look at the tires did not look likeu they where rotated. Because of all this I checked to make sure they actually put oil on it. Luckily they did. I will not be returning to this dodge!

Been using their service department (due to location) and have had numerous complaints with incomplete work, car returned dirty, poor communications but this last visit prompted me to write this review - I made an appointment to get my passenger airbag recall fixed. Since my inspection expires next month and I was going to drive the truck on a trip, I marked ON THE DROPOFF Envelope to change oil and filter, chassis/body line and the inspection for a 4 PM pickup. No call or email, went there at 5 PM, the did the recall and inspection BUT DIDNT CHANGE THE OIL, FILTER OR LUBE!! When I complained

If you're in the market for a new car I would highly recommend going to see Ryan Goldberg!! He made everything seamless and was very professional. Our situation with our trade and what car we wanted was a bit complicated so I know he had to work a little harder on this one. He made it happen as well as Ed Donaher. Called at 11am today (Tuesday) to make sure they had openings for an oil change, and was told they weren't too busy and I could get in no problem. I showed up at 11:45 AM for an oil change and tire rotation and went to the waiting room. At 1:20 PM I went back to the service advisor asking if my vehicle was almost ready. Went to Greenbrier Dodge on 1 July to get my 01 dodge durango looked at due to a wierd noise coming from the engine compartment. The service rep (the gentleman closest to the door entrance from the parking lot) asked me if there was a check engine light on, I said no. So he said there was nothing he could do and to continue to drive the truck until the light goes on, then bring it back. I told him that was terrible advice and left.

I took the truck to AAA on Battlefield Blvd and they found that the engine fan clutch was seized and they could fix it for $200, which included the diagnostics

Don't ever buy a vehicle from GREENBRIER DODGE!! I've had nothing but problems since I got my car from them. Ever since I left the lot, every little thing I found wrong with the vehicle somehow isn't covered with my warranty. Hasn't even been a year yet. But they're more than happy to have me bring it in for a fee...smh. I would have been better off going with a private seller.
The customer service is horrible as well. I can never get anyone on the phone, and when I do, I get transferred to every department where someone tells me that they can't help. But they can

Round two. First things first, why did I come back? This is the only place that I can use my Dodge lifetime warranty within less than 15 miles. That is the ONLY reason. Looks like I might have to start going further out...

Bottom line up front: If you have **any other option for service** other than this Dodge dealership - take it.

I scheduled service on the 18th of July for the 22nd of July at 9:30 for a few things:

1) A recall we received on our vehicle
2) Oil change
3) Issues with one of our sliding doors

I got checked in promptly and had a seat. I'll spare you the details

1. A "shaker" hood (air intake) adds 100 horsepower to a 5.7L Challenger R/T.
2. A sunroof adds headroom.
3. Leave customers alone for half an hour and not come back to tell them why they're waiting.
4. Have a sales manager who acts like he's doing you a favor by selling you a car and a salesman who embodies the sleazy stereotype.

The whole car buying experience was horrific to say the very least!
My lease was up on my toyota so I was doing some car shopping. I felt as if we were held hostage during process.
Since my Toyota was in a previous accident there was absolutely NO negotiating room on it for trade in. Then the financing options were dwindling to the point where I had to sign 4 different leases and still did not get the original promised payment discussed.
My sales agent was rushed, the car was not cleaned and gassed up before I took it off the lot.
I will NEVER ever buy a car from this dealership ever again!
