If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be: Definitely seafood. I love it all. What is the most memorable project you have worked on? The most memorable job I have done was for a client in a large Cherry Creek apartment where we did hundreds of cabinet pieces and a full interior repaint.

Helix Painting was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Armando and his crew did a good job matching our existing interior stain color and even had bandwidth to take on an additional small job painting a room in our basement. They have good attention to detail and made sure that we were happy with the service before we paid the final invoice.

These guys are amazing! Very thorough and professional from bid to final invoice. The work the team did inside the house was absolutely beautiful and they finished a full 24hrs earlier than estimated! I can’t say enough good about this company. Helix did an amazing job painting our entire interior. Tony was very responsive when I had questions and Carlos and crew were so professional and did a beautiful job. Our house was challenging with some high ceilings and lots of woodwork to work around, and they were so careful to protect our floors, cabinets, and wood beams. We were also impressed with their prep work and how well they put the house back together when they were finished. I highly recommend this company and these employees!

My interactions with this company were very unprofessional. Sat at home waiting for them to come by. Thirty minutes late to my estimate called to check on where they were. I don't want to be late getting back to work. The woman on the phone was polite but said she didn't have me down? Did I still want their services? No. I'm under a deadline and already planned time off work for this estimate. If they "didn't have me down" for a scheduled estimate I can't imagine how disorganized their actual services are. We are very pleased with the outcome of our paining project with Helix. We had them paint our kitchen and laundry room cabinets, as well as walls, ceilings and trim. From the start of the bid process, all the way through completion, Helix did an outstanding job. In addition, they performed the work while we were away on a summer vacation. During that time, they communicated throughout the process, provide photo updates and when we returned home, they immediately came out and performed just a few touch ups. I would definitely recommend Helix.

From our estimator (Chad) to the last member of the work team, our experience was outstanding! Antonio (project lead) was in communication with us regularly and handled questions promptly. Francisco and his work crew were diligent in doing a quality prep job and delivering an outstanding final product. Francisco was great about communicating and making sure the job was as we expected. The Helix team was fantastic though the entire process from getting my estimate to doing the final walkthrough. I appreciated the knowledge and advice when getting my estimate so I was choosing a paint that would cover in two coats, knew what to expect in the process and I was connected with a color consultant to help me find the color. When the team came to paint they were very thorough in prepping my space and very respectful of my home. They did the job quickly and did such a good job of cleaning that you wouldn't have known they were there expect for the new wall color. I was so impressed

We recently renovated the main floor of our home and dealt with a number of contractors. Helix was the worst experience for us. I'm not sure how they structure their business, but the crew showed up in a van labeled 2MV Painting. We were charged over $17,000 for about a 2000 sq ft space, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors and kitchen cabinets. It also included around 20 dry wall repairs.

We are very happy with Helix Painting. Initially, there was a major miscommunication in scheduling that caused some frustration and project delayed. I had this company paint both the exterior and interior of my home, as well as taking of popcorn ceiling in my entire home. All projects went seamlessly. I highly recommend them for any and all painting needs. The crew were very polite and professional, they cleaned up the house every night (anyone who know how messy popcorn ceiling removal can appreciate this!). I am very happy with the results. We just had Helix out for a pretty large project around the house - a lot of tedious work (trim, casing, baseboards) and then most of our interior walls. Ultimately, Tony was great to work with from start to finish, reasonably priced, flexible when we needed it, and always on top of anything we needed. The crew worked had, showed up on time every day, and did a great job on the painting, not to mention keeping the house clean and tidy, with the project also done on time without any surprises or issues.

I hired Helix to repaint the exterior of my house. Their pricing was competitive, their painters did a fantastic job, they were polite and cleaned up during and after the project was complete. In a sea of questionable painting companies, Helix painting was a refreshing company to work with. Their pricing was competitive and the work quality was top notch. Hired this company to paint and repair drywall on a large wall in my warehouse. They were very fast, responsive, and competitively priced. The only reason this is not a 5-star is that the drywall patches they did were mediocre in quality. As this was for a wall in a warehouse it is not a big deal but still a factor in my rating.

We met with several companies to get quotes on painting our condo. Brandon impressed us right away as he took the time to understand what we were looking for, concerned about, etc. His quote was also one of the most competitively priced and they were available to start within a couple of weeks. When we met his crew the day they started painting, we knew we'd made a good choice. They took great care of our place and our furniture, and the new paint job looks amazing. My husband and I recently used Helix Painting to freshen up the walls, trim, and ceilings in our new home. Our existing trim was decades old, showing numerous signs of wear and tear and layers upon layers of old varnish, so we knew we needed to paint from top to bottom. I initially found Brandon on Thumbtack, who provided a solid quote for the work, and was up front with us about any potential cost changes. He was also the only contractor to follow up several times from my Thumbtack request, and was quick to answer any of my questions and schedule an initial walk-through.
