I was talked down to by the service rep (Cody) when I brought my car in, and it was the same when I picked up my car after servicing. I did not raise my voice, and I was not short or condescending to him. I do have quite a bit to say about the numerous times I have had to bring my car back to them; however, I prefer to speak to the General Manager. I definitely felt targeted when I picked up my vehicle after servicing. My preferred seat settings had been deleted, the seat was as far back & as low as possible. The mirrors, rear view & sides, were turned up & out as much as possible. No one can see

Dan was excellent to work with. He was very patient and took time to understand our needs and get us the right deal. We came back several different times to look at different vehicles and he worked with us through the entire process. He even went out of his way a few times. I think it was Shawn that we bought the vehicle from, He sold us the Dodge Journey that my daughter needed for College. He was very pleasant, understood our needs, tried to quickly get through our transactions as he knew we needed to hurry. Shawn is a funny, smiley fellow who listens to what you need and I recommend seeing Shawn for a vehicle any day. Our family had many things in common with Shawn's family as he saw we are a family wanting to do wonderful things with our children. I loved it that he was a family person. Good job Shawn! We will nickname him Smiles!

Loved the experience at Western Slope Ford. We have looked there a lot over the years and have always liked the staff and atmosphere, but we never purchased a vehicle until this past weekend. We found our Subaru Ascent right away and Josh was great to work with-no pressure, funny, and accommodating. They gave us a fair trade in and got us into a good place with our payment. Since moving to Grand Junction in 2015 I've been having our 2010 Lincoln MKS serviced routinely every 5k miles. I'm acutely aware of the importance of regular oil changes benefiting the impressive 3.5L EcoBoost V6 twin-turbocharged engine. Our 60k mile service included a transmission and brake fluid flush / replacement which was done in about 2 hours including a car wash. The service staff has typically been both polite and professional indicating the dealership's focus on customer service training. Western Slope Auto Company rocks! By far the best staff on the Western Slope. Our new Ford Bronco arrived in great shape and they were prompt about getting it ready. All of my concerns were addressed and they provided me with some terrific Ford options that will make my ownership easier and more enjoyable. The finance team found me a much better rate then what I could find and they made the whole process easy. Glad I took delivery of my new Ford from Western Slope Auto and plan to purchase my future vehicles from this as well… keep up the excellent work!!!

Extremely disappointed in this location! I woke up to a flat tire on my F-350. I called ahead and customer service said they'd try to help me. I used my air compressor to fill up the tire. It lost 5 PSI on a 5 minute drive - you could hear it hissing.
When I arrived, Cody the "service advisor" said they couldn't help me because they're appointment only. I told him it was a shame they didn't have enough staff to get me taken care of, because I wanted to buy new tires and would take my business elsewhere. That's when he decided to argue with me, insisting that they run their business the right way

Dan Wright is quite literally THE MAN - what an incredible experience here!! Dan Wright, Brian Towmer, and Jeremy Lambert all stayed after hours, answering our questions, and taking their time to make sure everything was the absolute best it could be. No doubt these are the kind of people you want on your side when making a big purchase. They were extremely accommodating and had also NO ISSUE with us changing our minds extremely last minute -- redoing all the paperwork with ease! What a crew they have here, make the whole experience a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.
