A dealership reflects the values of its manager. This manager does not trust anyone. We called and said we wanted to see a vehicle but had a 5-hour drive to get there. Through the mountains no less. When we arrived, the salesman told us he had called (no reception in the mountains) to tell us that the car had been sold. I tried to sell us another upselling us by $3,000, his manager would not talk to us, only to the salesman who is obviously new. We tried several different options then decided if the cars weren't the problem the dealership was. We couldn't even be sure the quality of the car. Relax

You got to meet Zack at Carville's if your looking for a new vehicle! He asked and listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect truck! The financing part took less than 30 minutes and before you new it we were off to the mesa to enjoy the great weekend!! We will be back for our daughters 1st car coming up in a few months. The selection was reasonably priced, the process was easy, and my salesman was very patient and did a great job. Would have given 5 stars but they did slide a two year warranty in at the end without asking if I wanted it. Which was ok just seemed a little shady, so something to look out for if you aren’t interested in extras. Other than that one of the better dealerships I’ve been to.

The buying experience of course was way better than the after sale care! In the contract the agreed to install a new windshield and install front shocks which required a alignment. We get the car back and it pulls hard to the right and it was perfectly straight before! the day after buying the vehicle from carvilles auto mart the check engine light came on and the remote start quite working and the car didn’t have any power. So the agreed to fix it on Monday and Thursday comes and it still hasn’t even worked on. So I arrive to get a status update and they say they won’t give us one. So they
