Doesn't pay his subcontractors on time and will short them .. it's sad

Ed's team did the floors in my parents house before they moved across the country into a new home. His guys worked tirelessly, even while I was struggling with the electric company to get the power on, in 90 degree heat with no AC. They got the floors done in under a week and they did a wonderful job. Ed was very responsive and reliable, and his prices were reasonable and not over the top. The whole experience was smooth and easy and he even allowed me to take samples home to deliberate.

I reached out to Columbia Floors for a gym floor installation and they provided a solid estimate over the phone. Ed was very personable and professional; I was immediately comfortable with choosing his company. The installation was completed within a few hours and far exceeded expectations. Ed provided an excellent experience replacing the carpet in three bedrooms and on our stairs... and then re-replacing one bedroom because of our cats.
