If you're looking for great customer service, response time, and over all knowledge of the trade then you can stop looking and give Fire & Ice a call. I did in the middle of summer ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a bad motor and replaced the very next day. The next time your AC, HVAC, or Heating unit is on the fritz DO NOT hesitate to give these guys a call.

Omgosh!! Our AC went out during a heat wave. Dave was able to fit us in eventhough he was already slammed. He's VERY knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dave is DEFINITELY our go to repairman from now on! We will be telling all of our family and friends to call Fire and Ice for all of their heating and air conditioning needs!!

David at Fire & Ice Heating & Cooling saved us again! Old Payne HVAC system on its last legs: this past June the AC went out, I called and he came out same day and replaced a fuse; that fix kept us cool the rest of the season. Now it's January and the heat stopped working. Called Fire and Ice this morning, and David got here within a few hours, had the part that fixed the problem. Thank You "Fire & Ice" David for being so good, and taking care of our needs so quickly :)

Called in the middle of the day about a problem with my AC. Had to leave a voicemail but David (owner) called back within the hour. David tried to give me advice over the phone so that way he and I wouldn't waste both of our time and my money with him coming to my house. Something that is very optional for a business to do. That right there earned my trust as he wasn't trying to get paid for a false alarm.
David was as professional as you would want when it came to dealing with my annoying calls (notice multiple calls) and terrible details outlining what was happening. He was courteous/polite

My parent’s A/C went out on 4th of July weekend a couple years ago and it was well into triple digit heat. We called Fire & Ice and Dave came out to the house THAT SAME DAY and FIXED it! He does a great job with quality products. They have also put a new unit on my house and was honest with what my needs were (he didn’t try to sell me something bigger than I needed to make a profit). I would totally recommend Fire & Ice.

Dave Paletta and his crew are awesome! One of the air conditioner units in my restaurant finally took its last breath as we headed into a heat wave. I contacted Dave, who came out right away to check it out. Unfortunately it wasn't salvageable (it's been limping along for awhile now), but he was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote for a new unit. Included in it was re-ducting to match the new, bigger unit and clean up the mess of patched together ductwork in the ceiling. The guys set the new unit on the roof, then came back to work after we closed, and kept going till nearly 2 in the

Google won't correct it, but we assure you the anonymous review is not for the independently owned Fire & Ice in Colusa. PG& E doesn't respond to your home to work on your heater so we know this didn't happen in our service area! We thank you for continuing to support us!

My experience with Fire & Ice was fantastic. The Owner, David answered my call at almost 9pm on a Friday night and scheduled me for the next morning. He informed me that he would call me when he was on his way and he did. When he came to my home he was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable of the air conditioner and what I needed to do to prolong the life of it.
