As a child, I drove my parents crazy always asking "why?" about everything around me. My constant curiosity to understand the world around me and how it works drove me to disassemble anything and everything I could get my hands on just to see how it works. My parents noticed this and in the 5th grade got me a small electronics set.
Our client wanted to reduce their utility bills in the summer and winter. We installed a high efficiency 95% Trane furnace and 17 SEER Trane air conditioner. We also replaced the sub floor in this closet, the wood was in pretty bad shape due to the old air conditioner leaking water. This home did not have central heating or air conditioning.

Richard and his team installed a new Trane A/C unit and furnace. We had a 30+ old system, was running the air from 4 pm to 10 pm Monday - Sunday, costing us a $360 PG&E bill. We now run the air from 3pm through 8am Monday though Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday at a crispy 74 degrees. My bill this month was $167. The new system cut it in half. Richard is fair and honest guy. It may hurt spending all that money on a new system but it’s worth it in the run. He uses the best of the best to assure you’re not let down come the summer months.

When my AC compressor died, I called 3 different shops to get some estimates. Out of those 3, only Richard from Beaver Heating and Air took the time to explain every detail of the work he wanted to do to get my new HVAC installed. He didn’t rush this step of the process as he wanted me to understand fully of what was required to get the work done and I really appreciate that. While my AC was down, Richard dropped off one of his portable AC too, which was just awesome! On install day, Richard and his crew arrived early at 6:55am. They were always courteous and always put on disposable shoe covers

During last heat wave family noticed air conditioner wasn't cooling like it normally does so I gave Beaver Heating & Air a call to Schedule them to come do inspection and tune up. Very professional with service. Took time explained process of services and what was needed. Come to find out just low on freon and coils were dirty. So he topped of freon and cleaned unit. Thanks for the professional service and definitely recommend.

Our furnace stopped working Thursday and they came out the next morning for diagnostics. By Saturday morning, everything was done.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard. He went above and beyond to come out half an hour earlier to accommodate my schedule. Furthermore, Richard went out of his way to make sure he had the part necessary for repairs (circuit board) by the end of the day, Friday.

We called another ac company we had used in the past to come out and service our AC and they never showed. Saw that beaver had such good reviews so we decided to give them a try. We were amazed that they came out the very next day to look at our system. Richard cleaned our unit and explained everything to us pretty thoroughly. Our unit is going to need some repairs but Richard made us feel super confident about everything and we look forward to getting these repairs done by Beaver. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone looking for quick, honest and reliable service.

Richard and his crew were at our house promptly at 7am, prepared the work area and got to work immediately.
His crew was well aware of their separate tasks and worked VERY well together. Richard did an excellent job of overseeing the work.

Happy that I called Richard, he got out to us quickly, diagnosed the problem, tracked down the failed part, then installed it. The furnace works better and more efficiently than before, and, all at a very fair price. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was without the dreaded upsell and bs that can happen. Great service! I was in a panic after the AC was not blowing cool air and we were looking at 100 degree weather today. My daughter is severe asthmatic and stuffy heat aggravates her asthma. Richard was able to fit me in and responded quickly, explained what had happened and left he unit clean and working. Very professional and friendly. He is a genuine and approachable man.
