Our heat went out on New Year's Day and I was able to get the furnace going again by shining up the flame sensor. However, just to be on the safe side I made an appointment with Another Local HVAC company (arriving at 12 noon today) and a 4-6pm appointment with Rocklin Heating & Air.
"Another Local HVAC" company took a look, showed me a video of the flames, and said there was a compromised heat exchanger, flame rollout

Our heater was not working correctly for over a month. Our home warranty hired two different vendors and sent them over to our home. Both vendors could not figure out the issue with our heater. I decided to hire Rocklin Heating to complete a dynastic on our heater system. Joe W. showed up at our home and thoroughly investigated and found the issue. Joe was professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with his service and Rocklin Heating. Excellent customer service overall. I recommend this place.

My 5 year old furnace was not working today and so there wasnt any heat. i tried doing a few basic things myself but none of them worked. The company we have used for maintenance couldnt get here til monday and since they cancelled on me 4 times for maintenance service, I wasnt counting on them coming on Monday. So we read the reviews about Rocklin Heating and Air and called them. They were able to have their technician come out within an hour of my call on a saturday. That was amazing enough. He wore his mask and found the problem in no time. Polite and professional and honest. Amazing service

I hired Rocklin Heat and Air for a $89 house call. David quickly diagnosed the problem that a wire was unplugged on my control board.
He plugged it back in and my heater is working again. He was so honest and didn't try to sell me anything, and just collected the $89 for the call. I am so happy with their quick response and honesty!!! I expected I'd be out of pocket for more repairs and it was a simple fix. I HIGHLY recommend Rocking Heating and Air.

I had such a great experience with rocklin heating and air ! the ladies on the phone were so nice and sweet and able to get somebody out same day for me! the guy derek was so nice and able to find the problem with my heater super fast ! the prices are very good also! Rocklin installed a new HVAC system in my home and I left a review on 6//23/21.
I had to call them in November because I was having a problem with my heater. They responded within 2 hours to get me up and running! Rocklin Heating and Air comes through again with stellar service. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

We had Rocklin Heating and Air service our AC and furnace and install a whole house filter unit. Hector did the work and he is such a great person. He explained a lot of things about our systems as well as servicing them and installing the filter. He gave us some great tips about keeping the air in our house cleaner. Everyone in the office as well as Hector were just so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I worked with Chris, Hector, Devon, and Lynette with a last minute AC emergency in August and they were so great to work with. I will recommend them to friends and family, they answer right away, they are courteous and fair and do an excellent job. We called on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone at our house the next day and got our system back up and running as well. They told us the cost and explained the products and services they were doing and why. There is a lot of HVAC companies around but if you are looking for a fair, prompt, and professional company then definitely choose Rocklin

We came home from a vacation in the summer of 2019 to find that our HVAC system has broken down. Our welcome back greeting was a oven-hot home. Bone-tired and in need of fast service, we called Rocklin Heating & Air. They gave us options and even though they couldn't install the new unit right away because of other commitments, they made sure we were comfortable enough as we waited by lending us a portable AC unit. A big thank you to Rocklin heating and air for fitting us in so quickly this afternoon when our AC stopped working. I felt terrible that Chris had to spend 40 minutes in our attic replacing a part on our AC. It was 108 degrees outside so I can only imagine how HOT it was in our attic. The poor guy was soaked with sweat by the time he was done. I'm sure he had a million other places he would rather be on a Saturday afternoon other then in our ridiculously hot attic, but he did his job well and did it with a smile. I previously have used this company many times. However, the last couple times I've tried to get an appointment, I've not had a good experience. I tried to get an appointment for an HVAC unit that wasn't working well and the lady on the phone told me that they're not doing any appointments for homes that are in escrow. Umm, what? Why does it matter if the home is being sold? The seller wants to do repairs. No worries, I called another company, they were able to come out the same day and do the repairs. I won't be using this company anymore.

Had Rocklin Heating and Air installed Carrier heat pump last November in my Folsom home. Great job with reasonable price ! Better than other big brand company, they installed an extra return air vent to optimize the system efficiency. The young Mike, who helped us from beginning to the end, is a very nice person. They even went out of their way to fix our fireplace. This company is a great example of the small local businesses helping to make our daily life much more easier. Our heat stopped working a few years ago. I remembered our real estate agent highly recommended a local company who she had hired to fix a small AC problem before we went into escrow. I asked her and she said it was Rocklin Heating & Air. I called them late in the day and they came out the next day. I believe it was the owner who stopped by, and he quickly diagnosed a failed motherboard in the heater. The house was only 5 years old at that point so it was surprising but ended up being 100% accurate. Once that was replaced we were able to put all the newly purchased space heaters away.

David was very kind and professional,he helped me with making the right decision to replace rather than repair my 18+ year old AC unit.
I was impressed by his calm and professional demeanor. He was careful to pay attention to detail and took his time to explain why it would be wise to buy a new unit instead of doing costly repairs on an old unit. At no point did I feel pressured into a sale and I never felt David was just another salesman trying to swindle me. I respect that. 😊

I can say enough about how great this company is, from the gals in the office to the guys in the attic. They all have great attitudes, polite, hard working, good communicators, and do fantastic work.
