I had to replace my gas furnace and AC and got about 5 quotes from local HVAC companies. I am a Realtor and requested that A+ do a real estate inspection. They showed up on time and did the inspection. My problem is the report. The report consisted of 3 lines on the invoice. Upon request for a more detailed report, I found out that there were cracks in the furnace along with other findings. The home inspector provided more information regarding the furnace and AC than A+. I requested more information and I am still waiting 3 weeks later. When working a time line, these guys will not work.
I recommend you NOT use this company. A+ is an extreme over exaggeration.

I highly recommend A+. When our furnace went out they had a technician looking at it the same day I contacted them. He needed a part that wasn't available until the following day, but he had my heater going again before lunch.
The technician wore a mask and maintained a social distance respectfully, and did great work.

These folks are the absolute best! They came on the same day as our ac emergency during Labor Day weekend on a 110 degree day, even though we were not previous customers, diagnosed a fan motor problem correctly, and got it fixed expertly (they secured the motor immediately after the motor retailer re-opened after the holiday). It’s sometimes hard to choose a contractor, who you can trust to do work for you, and do it well even though you may have had someone referr them. In this instance it was the best choice I could have made. A+ was prompt with getting me a competitive estimate, arrived on the day scheduled and completed the install of a split system in ONE DAY. I texted Kirill at 9 p.m. last knight saying "something is wrong with my house heater, it was making some loud nose at the start up". On the very next day by 10 a.m my heater was fixed, all done! That included: diagnostic, getting the new part and installation.

We got 4 bids for a new system. Kirill's bid included putting the furnace in the attic, all new R-8 flex ducts, 3 returns and 3 more vents, and his bid was lower than anyone else's, which were just for a new furnace in the same closet as the old one, and an AC unit. I am so glad that I found A + Heating and Air during the hottest day of the summer when our air conditioner stopped working. Kiril, the owner of the company was so polite, professional and quick to respond to me. He made it a point to come fix our ac unit even late in the day after his last service call to make sure we had cool air for that evening. Kiril diagnosed the problem, cleaned the ac unit in the evening, and tuned it all up. I was so lucky to have such great customer service on an urgent matter.
