Trash company. This company was "in-network" with my One Republic Home Warranty company. I had a crack in my heat exchange already found by another company I had out to do regular maintenance. All this company had to do was peek at it to confirm the crack and provide a quote for replacement. The tech was rude, wouldn't provide me a copy of the report/quote sent to the home warranty company.

They have agreed upon wholesale labor and parts pricing with my home warranty company and drastically upcharged on modifications and PERMITS to make up for it. I got a quote from another company

We had our AC replaced by Indoor Comfort through our home warranty. They cancelled and rescheduled us several times which was inconvenient, not the end of the world. The technician that did the job smoked cigarettes the entire day he was here. I asked him to please not smoke on our front porch because we could smell it and had our preschool pod with four 3 year olds playing outside. He continued to smoke on the porch regardless. He was training a new woman, and she reinstalled all of our registers and over tightened all the screws, warping all of our new registers. We let them know this had happened

Thank you Frank!!! Indoor Comfort is the second repair company to look at a ground AC unit that was making a terrible noise. Within minutes of checking the unit Frank was able to detect the problem! Frank was very knowledgeable and explained where the noise was coming from, and why. In a short time I learned a great deal and I appreciate his kindness, knowledge and expertise. Also, I found the Indoor Comfort staff who coordinated the appointment to be very pleasant and friendly. Great customer service!

We just had Joel from your company out for a service call through our home warranty company, which is the 2nd company to be needed to come out....

From the time he arrived, he couldn't be bothered with anything we had to say...I tried explaining what was happening, and his response was exactly "Then why am I here?" Really??!?? As we tried explaining the ac is currently working...

I typically only post positive reviews but this company was so awful to deal with that I felt the need to post a review. I was sent to this company by Fidelity when our AC stopped working on Memorial day weekend.
The Tech arrived a week later on June 7th and said the AC unit needed to be replaced and he would do the paperwork and we should have a new unit in about two weeks. It took this company 10 days just to file the paperwork with Fidelity. Awful experience. Sent out by home warranty for no air coming out of upstairs vents. Explained that it was a duel zone system when booking the appointment directly with the company. The first appointment, I got a text saying someone was on the way - 2 hours later when no one had arrived, I called - they claimed they talked to the tech and he was REALY on his way. 45 minutes later they couldn't get a hold of him so we rescheduled. Our home warranty company sent out this company to work on our AC unit. I was nervous after seeing the Yelp reviews, but I can't over emphasize how wrong they are. First off, the woman that called and scheduled the appt. was extremely friendly and helpful. Frank came out to do the service and he was the most professional, knowledgable and helpful AC repairman we have had out (this is the 6th person that has been sent out over the years of owning this house since our unit is over 25 years old!). I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

So I contacted the business because my AC wasn't blowing cold anymore. The FIRST appointment was scheduled for about a week later. The tech (Tim I think was his name) called me when he was on his way. When he arrived I showed him where the unit was and within 5 minutes he was yelling, swearing and throwing things. None of this was directed towards me but is it ever really good customer service to be swearing and throwing canisters of freon while on a repair job? Its been 2 months and they havent reached out to us..6 months my mom had open heart surgery...a week ago my mom suffered an anxiety attack..she is over 60 years old and diabetic..

AN INEPT COMPANY...DO NOT USE UNLESS FORED TO BY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. Only seeking to improve their bottom line vs actually fixing problem. Forced to use as an initial contractor for home warranty. Instead of actually finding a solution to the problem, they decided to quote replacing the entire system with many modifications vs replacing the part that needed to be replaced. Their solution pushed maximum cost out of my pocket vs fixing the actual problem. A quote from another company yielded a lower total cost and lower cost total cost and lower out of my pocket expense vs their solution

This company was sent out by our home warranty company (Fidelity National Home Warranty which is a scam for another review).

We just bought a house and the AC broke. The employee who came must have been having a bad day because he gruffed and puffed and literally got into a battle with the condenser unit trying to take the top off...which he then flung onto the ground. Company referred through my home warranty. They came out and determined that they AC unit needs to be replaced. They advised me that they would send a report to my home warranty and that they would be in touch with me. After about 2 weeks I called to see what the hold up was they said they were waiting for approval from my home warranty and advised me to contact my home warranty which I did. After issues with scheduling, a technician came and analyzed our new HVAC (Carrier) system. Using considerable know-how, he proposed a repair to get heat to a big room that is not receiving heat. He was very professional and diligent. His report was reviewed by a supervisor and needed further investigation, especially since we are trying to get home insurance to repair the HVAC. Came out to do an inspection to see what was wrong with my HVAC system a week ago. I've called for a follow up as they owe my warranty company a report, we've asked daily since then (90 degree heat here by the way) with the only response on the phone being 'I will have a supervisor work on the report'. No one to talk to over the phone besides basically a call center, no calls back for updates. This company is terrible, stay away unless you want to be ignored.

Beware! These people were referred by our home warranty to diagnose our heating and air dampner. They came out, did a diagnosis and told us that the repair was not covered by our warranty because the motor was actually missing.
Okay, we can understand that. We ask them to give us a quote to fix it. Multiple phone calls, messages and even after talking to their employees (multiple times) they give us a ridiculous quote for 4x the motor price and proceed to tell us that they would be another 3 weeks out before they could even come to install the new motor. Zero stars. I have scarcely ever experienced such unresponsive customer service. These folks are just dreadful in follow up. Out of the maybe 10 times I've called I got a live person only once and while pleasant she was utterly unhelpful and completed exactly none of the subsequent follow up she promised. On the other nine times I dutifully left a message and did not receive a callback. In a world where it's easy to send a quick update text, call or email these people are entirely 100% unresponsive. If you have another choice I suggest you take it.

The company is terrible. I paid them, they told me they would need to order a part for me and come back soon. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from them and they don’t return calls. Every time I call during normal business hours it rings a dozen times, goes to voicemail, and then you are unable to leave a message due to voicemail being full, and they never call back. There is also multiple listings for this company- one listing has positive reviews and the other has all negative reviews!

They should get no stars.We were caught between Fidelity Home Warranty Co & Indoor Comfort as the contractor.Poor customer service, told us lies, and had me as the intermediary between them and Fidelity.I spent thirty plus hours dong their work trying to get supplies & an install.It was a NIGHTMARE.in the meantime ,our daughter a resident at UCDavis had no HEAT for over a month.Finally, we did a buy-out from Fidelity and hired out choice in an HVAC Company(which had five stars and deserves ten)The final factor in dismissing them were their extraordinary non covered charges.( possibly to

I am so incredibly frustrated! I cannot get a call back or email return. We received an estimate, approval from home warranty and I provided my credit card to pay the difference. This is thousands of dollars in work, I REALLY don't understand why they won't return the call and schedule the work! Perhaps I can get the Manager, Frank, to respond to be here. This is ridiculous!

Contracted with these people through my homeowners insurance. They came out in August to fix my A/C. It took them 8 weeks to complete my paperwork and submit it to the insurance company!! Now that summer is over, they found time for me. I would never do business with this company! I doubt that you would want to either! They don't deserve your business.

AVOID!!! This company is not only irresponsive, irresponsible but also unprofessional. Look at their yelp reviews. The owner only responds to positive feedbacks & ignore negative ones & customer concerns.
All I need from them is to send their inspection report to the home warranty company so we can proceed with the work. 2 months and still waiting for AC repair in the middle of heat wave. Technician advised us that AC is over rated " you should get a kiddy pool to cool down" They have delayed process, delayed communication with warranty company. Even when AC unit was sent to them from company they took 2 weeks just to answer my call to schedule since " we are too busy getting 500 calls per day". Do not accept a job from warranty company if you do not have manpower to handle it. Very poor customer service from Terra. Stay away from this company.

As a business owner myself, I can relate to how hard it is to call customers back in a timely matter. This company's voicemail only works about half the time. They call me back and when I return call it just rings and rings. Ive been getting the run around for days..what a joke of a company
