RPM Heating and air did a great job. During the last set of storms my 10 year old furnace stopped working. I thought maybe I cld flip the breaker and some how reset it, by the second night that wasn't working and the house was cold, around 50f and I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. The house was cold and I was resorting to heating it with the oven.
I found rpm on yelp, called rpm heating and air as they were located within 10 miles miles of my house. The receptionist was calm and courteous and picked up the phone. She said they were real busy with doing repairs but would try and schedule

My home warranty set me up with company as a contractor. They have not once answered my phone calls or returned my voicemails. They automatically assigned me a service window via text confirmation. That was supposed to be today between 11am-3pm. They missed the window and again have not answered my phone calls. My warranty company was able to get a hold of them once and said the technician was running late and would reach out to me shortly. He never reached out and never showed up. Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I called RPM at 3:30 on a Friday, by 4pm they were here. I know that's not typical but I am very appreciative. My attic fan went off the rails and was making this horrible screeching sound, you can here it down the block, I just wanted it disconnected. I called RPM, Tami was very nice, she told me she would see if there was anyone in the area and call me back, I wasn't too hopeful being so late in the day. Within 10 minutes Tami called back, someone would be on their way. The gentleman was great, sorry I don't remember his name, right away he went to work and disconnected my attic

I'm SO happy I reached out to RPM! Late at night I noticed a leak coming from my furnace - water was leaking under my hardwood floor and carpeting. Being late at night, I wasn't sure I would find any help. Within 15 mins I received a call back from Rob I believe. We FaceTimed and he walked me through what the problem was and a solution to stop the leaking temporarily. Since it was the beginning of a heat wave, he was booked about a day - day and half out so he gave me the steps to fix the problem myself and save me money. I was able to get a same day appointment very quickly after our AC compressor stopped working. They kept me posted on when Michael would arrive. He was great and actually walked through the issue to show me exactly what was wrong and why. Given the heat this week, I am sure they were taxed and appreciated the quick service. No pushy sales tactics or saying things were bad otherwise. AC has been working fantastic since. Definitely recommend this business!

Bob was nice enough to come out a light my pilot and give me a quote and his recommendation. My old units were totally done. RPM replaced 1 gas heater for me and removed the 2 old ones. They did a great job! The price was fair and I'm happy to have heat again. Quick and easy to work with. They even hung a new carbon monoxide monitor for me. Did you know this should be placed down low? I didn't! Anyway, great team and job.

WOW!!! My neighbor referred me to RPM Heating and Air. This company is extremely professional, friendly, kind, confident, considerate and they really really care about their customers. Not only were they fast and efficient but Bob took the time to be very helpful and making sure I knew how to operate the system efficiently.
