Family Comfort saved my husband and me 2 years ago. Super responsive and quick, very reasonable. My 30+ year old heater would not accept another bandaid and we were left without heat in December. The high in the house was in the low 50’s. Last year, we used Family Comfort for new ductwork and a HEFA.filter with UV light. I cannot recommend them any higher! They are fantastic!

We had a complete A/C and Heater installed. Great crew and very hard workers with the complicated job complete in one long day. Professional crew with an emphasis on getting the job done.
We did have a minor problem about 10 days later (on a Sunday I might add), but the folks answered the phone and forwarded the important message to the repair person. That day it was fixed!
Highly recommend.

My husband called after we could not get our heater to turn on & we smelled a burning/hot smell. The owner was getting ready to go away for the weekend, but was kind enough to stop by before he left to check out our situation. One of the motors had burned out. He ordered the parts we needed & had our heater up and running within days. Thanks so much!!

Family Comfort Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and AC. We couldn't be more satisfied. Gene and Mike, the installation staff, were great. They were very professional and very responsive to any questions we had. There was an equipment problem with the furnace. (A problem from the manufacture.) Tim Carson, the owner, immediately took charge and found a resolution. Our system was up and running early the next morning. We will be using Family Comfort Heating and Cooling to maintain our system and keep it running for many years. In my opinion, you can't go wrong using Family Comfort Heating

I did a lot of research and had several companies provide bids. That was a terrible experience, and I felt most companies want to put anything in my house just to make a profit. I was looking for a company that had the best installers, Nate certified, and a great warranty (10 years labor and parts) at a fair price. A company that sold a product that would last 20 to 30 year, and I found that in Family Comfort Heating and Cooling. Tim and his team are outstanding and it’s nice not to have Hvac worries or cost for next ten years. Do your research, but I highly recommend Family Comfort.

I had a coolant leak in my 20 year old HVAC system for a while so I did my due diligence and settled on the Evolution system by Bryant. I had 6 different estimates for it over the last 4 months. Three of the contractors told me they hadn't installed this type of system before so out of the other remaining three who had at least some experience installing evolution systems, Family Comfort had the best deal. They were the only ones to offer me lifetime warrenty on their work and also gave me the lowest quote. So it was a no brainer. They had the system installed and inspected in just a
