I contacted Gator Clean to clean our dryer vent. Daniele was professional and set the appointment for the next day. She and Kelly arrived on time, very conscientious of our home. Cleaned our dryer vent and cleaned up behind themselves! Quick and efficient. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I hired them to clean my dryer vent and the 2 ladies who came to my home did appear to clean my dryer vent to some degree.
I had to replace my washer so decided to replace dryer also to have a matching set. My new smart dryer said the vent was 90 to 95% blocked. Which i'm sure was accurate as it had not been cleaned in the 8 years I have owned the home. I cleaned the vent myself the best I could but the flimsy DIY kit was only going to do so much.
They came out and cleaned the vent and said they were confident it was clean. Through this process I learned my dryer vent exit is on my roof. But

I spoke to Danielle about coming to clean my AC ducts and she was an absolute delight to work with. She was informative and honest. My first expierence with Gator was 13:years ago when I had a elderly neighbor who had their carpet cleaned by another company. Within a week it didn't appear as if anything had been cleaned. They called Gator Clean and after hearing their complaint regarding the other company and the result cleaned the carpet again with no charge. I contracted Gator Clean to clean a love seat and a late 1800's fainting couch that had nicotine stains and some other stains. The places that were scrubbed diligently were quite clean but, unfortunately, not all of the upholstery was cleaned with the same vigor. It now looks like I have to call in someone else. Danielle refused to come back out and even take a look at what she had done. The 30 days passed with no word.
The material was a simple 100% unbleached cotton denim, but she insisted on using a dry cleaning agent.
Dry cleaning agents don't take 3 days to dry.

Very disappointed...but I guess it was our floors. Unfortunately I wish that could have been determined prior to paying 4,600 dollars to have 3000 sq. ft. Of travertine cleaned. Our floors needed cleaning and a shine brought back. The crew of 2 came and finished in a little over 4 hours...wow..over 1,000 dollars an hour...They cleaned the floors and then applied an enhancer. The enhancer then caused a stickiness and a haze, as it would not absorb correctly. They were called and they came back 5 days later and were here a couple of hours to thin out and remove the excess enhancer. Was advised

We recommend you DO NOT USE gator clean. First off, you need to know they don't move furniture! Luckily we had thought ahead and moved all furniture out. Danielle arrived 1-1/2 hours late. She never intended to use the steam system that I had intended her to use. It was the special sale they were offering in their "bait and switch" advertisement. She had planned to use the new (more expensive) system to clean our carpets. I showed her the 3 carpeted rooms (2 are small) and since we don't have a carpeted hall, I asked her to clean the small hall-like area of a 4th room. She said

Made an appointment, they showed up well over an hour late without calling to advise of change. Then they said the price I was quoted via phone (also on their website) was wrong by $10 dollars (more of course). They were argumentive, rude, dismissive and unprofessional. They were supposed to clean my dryer vent, and again bumped the price up $10 dollars, and only cleaned the vent from the outside, never cleaning it from the machine side. I had asked about having my tile cleaned, and was given a quote. When I asked about doing the tile once they were there, the price doubled! They were very pushy

Based on our experience I recommend you do NOT use Gator Clean to clean your carpets. I was told By Danielle that it is normal for the carpets to be dirty after Gator Clean charged $364 for 2 rooms.

rooms including the stain guard. I was not home so they charged my husband extra for the stain guard. I was told I needed to vacuum them 3 or 4 times before they would be clean. Gator Clean was in the house less than 40 minutes and my carpets and rugs were dirty when the left. I am NOT happy.

Chris and his crew from Gator Clean run a slick operation and I would highly recommend them.
There's not a lot of carpet cleaners who can also handle a wide range of other things like tile, mattresses, dryer vents and air ducts, but they can here and do a fine job at it at a very affordable price.
They put a special emphasis on "healthy" cleaning, using non-toxic chemicals, which coming from someone with Asthma (me), that's especially helpful. So after they're done, no nasty chemical odor lingering in the air...just a fresh, clean carpet.
