Van's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service 12-Step cleaning process will leave your carpet spot free and dry in just a few hours. Our extraction process will have you carpet looking like new and makes short work of pet stains, markers, crayons, nail polish, paint and other hard to remove substances.
Van's Carpet Cleaning specializes in area rug cleaning. Oriental, persian, hook, braided, pile, and all other area rugs. We have cleaned thousands of area rugs and we know different rugs require special attention. You can trust us to give your most valued heirloom rug that special attention. We have encountered almost any cleaning situation imaginable, and have the experience to get the job done correctly.
For most, the old fashion mop is the cleaning tool of choice. Although this appears to work fine at first, eventually you start to notice the tile getting darker in the traffic areas. Moping no longer gets the job done. Dirt and soil from the mop has been absorbed into the grout between the tile leaving it dull and dingy, even on your darker grout colors.
Curious to find out how much soil is actually on your upholstery that "looks" clean, simply take a white terry cloth towel and put it over the end of your vacuum attachment hose. Turn on the vacuum (be sure that you don't let the vacuum suck up the towel) gently massage the fabric with the cloth. You will have a dark spot which is embedded soil in the fabric.

Van's cleaned our tile and carpet this past week. They also sealed tile grout after cleaning. All services were performed as we requested. The cleaning techs were courteous and let us know about future cleaning and floor care on our part. Office connections were excellent...confirmations, follow-up. We would recommend Van's!

Unfortunately, our new carpet of less than a year was damaged due to their use of a rotary brush although we requested no brush be used. When they performed the service we alerted them to the damage to the carpet. Ernie said it will look better once he does the extraction. It didn't. I again stated the carpet was damaged. Ernie said it will look better once it dried. It didn't. He said I should have purchased cheaper carpet. He also said it will get worse and it is. We tried to put a claim in with his insurance and found out they are not covered for damaging carpet during their cleaning process

Van's is customer service oriented from start to finish. Ivy is excellent at scheduling and confirming appointments, and more importantly, with a follow up call after completion of the job. Ernie always arrives promptly and does a thorough cleaning. He was able to remove some heavy coffee stains from a cream colored recliner this visit. On a prior appointment, he did a great job cleaning 2 light colored sofas that had had a few years soil on the arm rests. He also took two large area rugs to be cleaned off site. Ernie also gives tips on how to maintain your fabrics. Van's is a well

I called Van's and left a message they got back to me quickly and set up an appointment the next day. They were there right on time, did a fantastic job of cleaning our stained carpets (they look like new) and all at a very good price. The staff followed up the next day to see if every thing met with my approval. They were GREAT!

Used their services for over 10 years for multiple properties. Honest enough to let you know if the stains can be removed or better to replace carpet. Also went above and beyond to clean the tile in a bathroom to remove stains from around the toilet at no charge. Their friendly services and quality of work is the reason I keep going back to them.

Absolutely fantastic results! Made a 15 yr old white sofa well-loved by grandchildren and cats look like new. White tile and grout sparkles. This is not an inexpensive cleaning but you get what you pay for! This is the second time we have used Vans and we are very happy with the outcome. The owner is also the operator and he is very meticulous. We had our upholstery, tile and carpet cleaned. They also offer a special protection for carpet that protects for years to come, even with additional cleanings. Our carpet is soft and clean, tile and grout are clean, and the sectional looks like new again! Give them a try and remember, this is much more than your typical carpet cleaning company!

Their attention to detail is top notch and their follow-up calls to guarantee our satisfaction is an outstanding feature of their service.
