Through ongoing education, Tracy learned about the manufacturer's products and how to apply them correctly. Tracy earned four degrees from the National Wood Flooring Association.

The gentleman at Francis Wood Flooring did an amazing job refinishing the floors in our very old home. They were very professional, cleaned up amazingly after themselves, and really added great value to our home. They ran into a few issues with our floors (different kinds of wood used previously, larger than normal gaps between planks), and they always had a solution in which they communicated extremely efficiently. Tracy and Josh did a truly excellent job refinishing our heavily used floors. Very punctual and informative, showed up when they said they would and completed the job when expected. Highly knowledgeable and demonstrated unparalleled craftsmanship and attention to detail. The finished product was the best wood floors I have ever seen. They have my highest recommendation.

Tracy did a fantastic job! We have an older house where Tracy and his crew installed some hardwood where carpet used to be. He worked to make sure the transitions from existing hardwood to new hardwood were pretty close to seamless so I wouldn't have to refinish all the flooring to blend things together. The next time I need any work done, Tracy will be the first quote I get.

Frances flooring did an outstanding job refurbishing the floors in our 80 year old home. He removed the carpets and proceeded to scrap away years of old carpet mat that was literally melted into the floors. When he was done the oak and pine floors looked like new.
He worked with his son and wife. He was on time every day. He delivered just what he promised to do. He also installed a wooden floor in one of our rooms. He meticulously took care of every step necessary to restore our flour and cleaned up every speck of dust. I highly recommend him!

I would recommend Francis Wood flooring to anyone who wants the very best. They did a fantastic job taking up the old carpeting throughout our old house and restoring the oak flooring to brand new condition. They were professional in every way and were able to do their work without dust, an amazing feat. They also refinished a heart pine floor in an attic room. We had no idea how beautiful that floor would be!
