Both Vanessa and Ted worked with us during the week to get the deal and financing application done ahead of our arrival so the whole process would be expedited. I had some extra on-site requests regarding items on the car that their entire team took care for us while we were signing paperwork.

These people rip you off. It is bad when you trade in a car to get a VW from these people (-$3k). I reached out to them to see about trading down, and I am told I am $8-$10k in the hole. You would figure that since you purchased from them, they would try to help you and assist you so that you don't have to return the car and be without transportation and RUINED credit. Then when you call more than once, and never get a call back... be persistant... I actually had to speak to the owner to get the guy in VW finance to call me back. I drove almost 3 hours to Moffitt Volkswagen, and I’d do it again just for the customer service. I was having a very unpleasant experience with the Volkswagen dealership on my end, so I decided to look around and see who all had what in stock. Ethan reached out to me and was very eager to assist me in purchasing my new vehicle. The process was quick and easy, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed or treated as I was just another sale. I called about 2 cars they have on their lot. Decided I wanted to go ahead and apply for financing online bc I live in Texas. I have been ignored, left voicemails for sales manager and never received a call back, as well as not been able to speak to someone in finance department. I have never in my life had to chase down a sales person and beg to buy a car. I would recommend anyone to AVOID buying a car from here based off of customer service alone.

I was on a road trip and needed my Adblue DEF refilled and the light reset for my VW Passat TDI. Not sure what they did but they didn’t fix it and only made it worse. Had to bring it across to Mazda service department. Bad customer service too, not very friendly. I work at a dealership so I know how it can be sometimes but don’t even bother coming here. If traveling north, wait till you hit ORR Volkswagen in Texarkana they will get you right.

I haven’t financed a vehicle in 15 years. I recently expressed interest in a Volkswagen atlas. The salesperson I was assigned to had only been with the dealership for six months. Let me preface this by saying that I might be a difficult person to deal with in a sales situation. I’m quite certain she didn’t know what to think of me. I challenged her from the beginning but she remained professional. In the end she found me the vehicle that I was looking for and it was a very smooth transaction. Hats off to Madison at Moffitt Volkswagen.

My wife and I found out during our test drive of the ID.4, that we were the first to test drive the demo model at Moffitt. I have driven numerous EV’s and I will say, I was very impressed with the ID.4. Trenton was our salesman and he knows the car! I’ll start with the look. It looks nice and the lines remind me of my wife’s current car from a different brand. Interior is nice. I wouldn’t call it luxury but it’s very nice. The seats are very comfortable. The service department is absolutely awful!! I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. They are rude and incompetent. My car was there for 56 days, which is absolutely ridiculous. I called and left countless messages and they never once returned my calls. After weeks of my calls not being returned, I went to the… dealership, I was told “I don’t know, I will send an email and get back to you”. They never got back to me, but at this point, I was not expecting them to. I never heard another word from them until they left a voicemail saying my car

If you need to use their service department be prepared to have to wait WEEKS for an appointment. Terrible customer service- will NEVER buy anything from this place again. They are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get to answer their phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. The last time my vehicle was in the shop there, they had it… almost 2 weeks, they SAID the part was delayed bc covid, but I think they just didn’t order it the day I brought it. I absolutely love my VW Atlas Cross Sport! It’s so amazing. The process from start to finish was super smooth. Trenton was a wonderful salesman. He wasn’t pushy. He gave me room to make a decision. Worst service department ever dealt with.
Car been in shop now over 6 weeks; was there 3 weeks before they even looked at it.
Second time with this dealership and both times have been a nightmare
