After looking at all of the other dealerships for a new car I found an excellent choice with Holmes Honda. When I presented my preferences to Andrew Godfrey he new immediately what I needed. Holmes Honda always goes above and beyond to please their customers! A big thanks goes out to Tyler Ortego and the Service Department for making my life a whole a lot easier with a courtesy vehicle while I was having new keys programmed for mine (because I lost mine in another state). Tyler made sure I was taken care of, and he never missed a call when I was stressed to the max and had no clue what to do. He explained to me my awesome warranty that covered my car being towed to the dealership, as well as, 2 newly programmed keys and a courtesy vehicle so I could make it to work. Hannah got me all

Andrew gained my loyalty when he walked outside to greet me on a scorching hot day in the middle of the summer!!! I stayed in my car and as he walked around the building to show me all of the used inventory. I didn’t buy that day, but I told him I would purchase from him if I purchased later.
Well…on October 18, 2021 later happened when we decided to purchase a new vehicle for our daughter’s Sweet 16th birthday.
