Wonderful experience!!!!! What a waste of time!!! Not only did I have to visit and call 2 times for someone to get back to me....I had an appointment for MB to come out and they never showed up. I reached out about an hour after my appointment, and was told , “I’m sorry, I thought we got back to you”. They then rescheduled for the following day, and guess what??? No one showed up again!!! I reached out and no one responded as to why they left me hanging a second time. Looks like the company went downhill once it sold and they no longer need the business. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Great customer service. They really value their customers. I recently had carpets replaced with a very good price. They were prompt with the order. There was a delay in our carpet choice. They were very kind to let us choose a higher quality option to meet the deadline. There was areas of the baseboards that were damaged during the installation. No problems, they came back and made it look like new again and on time before our tenant moved in. Overall VERY satisfied! Will definitely have repeat business and have all my referrals. I was referred to them by a good friend. Thank you!
